CVS offers a mixed experience for customers. Many appreciate the helpfulness of staff, particularly a friendly greeter who assists shoppers in finding products, saving them time. Some employees, like Ash D and pharmacists Emily and Rachel, receive praise for their caring attitudes and efficient service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Customers have noted that Emily, in particular, goes above and beyond in providing assistance with prescriptions. However, not all experiences are positive. Some customers have encountered rude staff members, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, there are significant issues with the pharmacy's phone service. Customers frequently report being unable to reach anyone by phone, often waiting on hold for extended periods without resolution. Despite the positive in-person interactions, this unreliable phone service can be frustrating. For those utilizing CVS for specific services like passport photos, it is crucial to remember to obtain the verification certificate to avoid complications. Overall, while CVS has friendly and helpful staff, the pharmacy's phone response issues may lead customers to consider alternatives for their pharmacy needs.
After having trouble at the other CVS in town, I scheduled a flu shot at this CVS (1471 W COVELL BLVD). I had to wait a bit in line but they were very helpful and I got my shot within 2 minutes of checking in. Thank you CVS at the marketplace, you will be my go-to CVS now.
