The store is open but I canNOT speak to a human being!!!!!!! Its bot HELL and I'm sick of it!!! WHY cant someone pick up the phone? A bot and a website canNOT answer my question.

This does not reflect how I feel about the store but the pharmacy is a joke! They are cold and are under staffed and most of the time the people helping you are rude. I only go to this pharmacy because it close but I get anxiety trying to pick up my anxiety meds.

I am usual customer but recently we had bad experience as there are some staff especially the tall boy with brown curly hair and the blond lady who need more training how to deal with customersBut the pharmacy team is nice and knowledgeable.

I think the front manager is actually quite sweet! The Pharmacy, however, was so rude that I almost cried. Of course, there was an issue with my prescription, and I was a bit stressed about that, but please be nicer.

Reading other reviews was very validating for my experience. I have been to this location twice, once to pick up a prescription and once to receive a flu shot, and I won't be back. The pharmacist is callous and rude, and has little concern with patients' privacy when discussing medications very loudly. I feel like a basic part of patient care is maintaining as much privacy as possible when discussing medications in a public place like a pharmacy, and the pharmacist did not make me feel comfortable there.

Person working front desk of the pharmacy was incredibly rude, she straight up berated an older gentleman because he couldn't follow the touch screen point of sale system, it was hard to watch. Pharmacist reviewed my medication with me but was incredibly loud and provided no privacy, didn't even try to keep it down. I felt like he was more annoyed that he had to explain something to a customer than worried about spreading my healthcare information. Everyone else in line knew what medication I was picking up and why, I was really embarrassed. I'll likely switch to another pharmacy, Target or another CVS, this one is a dud.

The pharmacist and the associates that work here are very helpful and knowledgeable about the store. This location has a great selection of Healthcare products as well as all types and prices of Covid-19 tests.
