Horrible service, I would rate a zero if I could. Visited last night around 11:30 pm after work, live in Sacramento and needed gas and something to drink to drive home and was refused service after showing I only had $100 Bill and several $1 Bills the woman at the checkout counter told me they didn’t take $100 Bills after 10pm she threw my money at me and told me I could “go get gas somewhere else” when I was putting my drink back because I obviously only had enough $ for gas, and I made a comment saying “I guess I won’t drink anything!” I asked “why? I need to make it home and I’m in a lot of pain I have a broken arm” she responded “sounds like a lot of personal problems and I don’t need to hear your comments!” I apologized and told her I was not not directing them towards her and I left.

Gas stations are the future of America. Never before had dinosaur juice so fueled the ec9nomy. We spend for the snacks. The gas is just impressive and gives me patriotism like no war story ever could. Restrooms to boot.

Wonderful customer service here. The ladies here will take care of you even if you pass out in your car and have the fire truck come and wake you up for hours later amazing people love this place.

Crappy customer service with foul mouth s . Even the morning manager was useless in addressing the employee s mouth. Certainly shouldn't work in a customer service industry

Beware of false price advertising. The pricing sign shows a $.10 discount per gallon for using a Chevron card or cash, but when I've used my Chevron card, the price remains at the higher "credit/debit" pricing. I asked the cashier about it, they said I had to talk to the manager who wasn't in. I went back later and he/she wasn't there again. This has happened twice so I'm sure it's not a mistake.

In a town full of unfriendly gas station experiences, this Chevron might be the most egregious. I avoid this place at all costs.A few weeks ago, my wife believed she dropped her wallet in the parking lot, and when she spoke with the attendant, rather than reacting like a normal empathetic human being, the attendant laughed in her face and offered nothing in the way of help.If it's an emergency, get gas or food here--this place is very close to the highway--but if you can make it, drive the extra mile down the road to spend less money and to have less aggravation.
