I have been a customer of Bank of America for over 35 years since 1980'. My dad has banked at Bank of America since the 1960's. The Davis,CA is a very friendly and helpful branch. It can get busy but the employees, staff, managers are all very friendly and helfpul. They also have a teller for business banking. Everyone at Bank of America is always friendly and helpful with everyone who goes there. Just be reminded that with davis being a College Town it can getextremely mbusy a few times of the year when international students open and close their accounts

I am without any access to my account because in order to loggin in online it is required a sms confirmation and I do not have a US number - amazing that a banking system doesn´t allowed international number to validate access. I am also disabled and can not come to the brunch and I cant find any phone number or a phisichal person who I cant talk to in order to solve this problem. I want access to my account!

I’ve been a long time B of A customer. Am very dissatisfied these days with the customer service at this branch. I have brought in checks to deposit and was told by the tellers on two occasions that they no longer do math and aren’t allowed to add up the value of the checks to be deposited. Even when I asked them to confirm my addition, my request was denied. Doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.

Customer service could not be worse. Went in to set up auto-pay because it was not set up correctly the first time. Was told to go on the app and do it myself because everyone was busy. They can't even help with the simplest tasks. I will be closing my account. Go anywhere else

I came here to obtain a cashiers check for an apartment. The receptionist was very helpful and the facilities were extremely clean. I felt proud to be a BoFa customer and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

I tried calling 7 times (spread out during the same day) as I had pressing questions on international transfers, but to no avail. Every single time I called, the automated voice said no one was available to help me. I can’t believe that every time I call, they are busy. am very disappointed.

I was there to open my bank account and it was so nice experience to me as an international student in UC Davis. I went there on a weekday around 1pm. I didn't make any appointment, so I just waited for 5 to 10 minutes. And the male teller was so kind and helped me a lot. Also, the place is neat and clean.
