“When my car began overheating, I panicked -- I'm a college student away from home, and my dad... he called this shop for me to see if they could look at my car while it was leaking coolant and they got me in the next day. The next go around, when my car started to overheat on a trip, I brought it into the shop again knowing the great service I received the first time. Zach listened to me carefully about the issues my car was having, and thoroughly inspected it. They even kept it overnight free of charge to double and triple check they were sure about the issues it was having. Though I received the news that my poor Jetta has reached it's life expectancy, every step of the way the mechanics here made me feel heard. Thank you Kevin and Zach!”

A couple hours after having it towed, they called to let me know what was wrong with the car. I had to have my husband come retrieve me but my car was fixed the next day. “Had excellent – actually beyond excellent – service from AAA Davis Auto Repair Center in Davis, California for my 1999 Honda Civic. The car’s engine was stalling when stopped at stop signs or lights, so was towed to the center for repair. We received a cost estimate and time frame for them to diagnose the problem. They provided photographs of the problem area in the car, which was helpful in understanding what was to be done. The work was completed, and the service people drove the car a good distance to make sure it didn’t stall again. They returned the car for us to drive over the weekend to check whether it might stall again. It didn’t. Since we were somewhat negligent in having normal service work done, we asked that the center provide a list of what needed to be done. That list work priorities was provided. We had the center do that work, which was excellent as well.”

“I almost never write local reviews, but I got extraordinary service at Tire pros Davis.
I went there because I got a scar on the side of one of the tires, and ended up replacing all four tires a month ago. (They were already quite old anyway)
It turned out that the wheel also some limp. They actively searched available replacement parts, but tried to fix it without replacing it at first, which would be a cheaper option for me.
Well, it turned out that I needed to replace a wheel because the air was leaking when I drive fast. The parts they found earlier were sold out meanwhile. They offered me to replace it when I find a part myself.
When I got a wheel from Ebay, they offered to change it with extremely cheap labor cost. I would definitely recommend Tire pros to my friends.”

“The only place in Davis CA that was able and willing to help me after I explained that I need it my car back in half hour. After I got there they checked the tire and advised me that my tire was beyond repair since it had a damaged at the side of the tire. They sold me a used tire including alignment and balance. I walk out of the tire shop so happy they charged me 60 bucks.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!”
