Hands down my favorite living experience in Davis. At the corner of Russell and La Rue, it's very convenient to get to Trader Joe's, SaveMart, and Safeway. It's walking distance from every part of campus, and a short drive or bike ride from downtown. Even more important, the apartments and spacious and comfortable, and the management and maintenance are out of this world. Any question or problem you have is handled extremely quickly, usually the same day. The rent is among the cheapest you'll find in Davis, and for what you're getting is a phenomenal deal.

Very close to university campus and campus recreational area. The apartments are good price but a little smaller rooms. They are very popular housing. Apply early if you want to get in.

I've lived here for five years, and I miss it so much! I definitely can't say enough good words about this place! Management and maintenance people are all very nice and responsive. The location is just the best! Highly recommend if you can get a lease here - usually there is a waiting list, but definitely worth it!
