This place should definitely be rated HIGHER. I lived there for 3 years and I am so grateful for all of the Arlington Team, including Chase. He was always very kind and the rest of the team were always very supportive and easy to talk to. Special shout out to the maintenance team including Junior who always did things with such attention to detail and a good attitude. I highly recommend Arlington!

I took a walk-in tour with Chase today and it was one of the best experiences I have ever on a tour. He was personable and he gave me and my friend a lot of good information. I loved how he sent me a text immediately after my tour to see if I had questions. The property itself was also very clean, quiet, and I could really see myself living there. But I think knowing that Chase is in the office makes the biggest difference. I would highly recommend doing a tour.

I think this is a place where the crew focuses on giving you the best housing they can possibly give so that you have no trouble studying for your courses while you stay in Davis. I stayed here for 4 years, so hopefully that gives the reader some credibility. The best part of this place is that the crew are absolutely kind and they do pay attention to your needs.

Apartments are small, outdated, and extremely worn out. Not worth getting covered parking, the landscaping people will just blow all the dust and leaves into the garage, completely covering your car in garbage.

I LOVED my experience at Arlington Farm Apartments. The rooms and common areas are huge, they are ON great bus lines (legit bus stops right by your door), have fun resident events, and great sense of community. Personally, I loved to study by the pool. If I got too hot, I could use the community study room and they always had snacks and coffee in there! Also, the closet was huge and the doors were a mirror. The housing office staff is amazing, and I would highly recommend. P.S. the buildings are super cute and my ootd pics always slayed.

I lived here from August 2021 - August 2022 and I am currently searching housing in another city and remembered how frustrating it can be to have to suss out whether a place is good or not on your own, so I decided to write this review because I really was very satisfied with my stay at Arlington Farm Apartments. I stayed in the 4-bedroom two story apartment with three other girls from UCD. The apartment complex is quiet and pretty and administration is very responsive to any questions or concerns that tenants have. I will say, it's on the expensive side, but it's Davis, and you get what you pay for here. Hard to find any better pricing options. The ladies in the office knew me by name even though they had only met me a few times. I would move back there in a heartbeat. Overall quality place of living.

Pros: The price is okay. Peaceful environment. Large living space for a 4b apartment. Cons: Their staffs are pretty much useless and too free since they can't fix your toilet as they came twice in a row. However, they still manage to inform you saying it's fixed. Most importantly, their staff member (a male looks around middle age) somehow is too bored and free in job and attempts to abuse with his authority to act tough for no reason because someone did not park his car righteously in a duo covered parking spot when there was no one other than that person who bought the permit used that covered parking. They only act up when they are doing such useless stuff like giving you a warning notice for taking no one's spot (when that only driver with the purchased permit did not park correctly in the garage when there was no one else would park here since it required a permit purchase.) I heard them talk very loud and overreacted (With cursed words) like they got offended so badly just because someone did not park the car correctly in that spot, it makes them look so irreverently weird. (Giving the fact that there is always only that driver who has parks there since I move in.) In summary: What is the point of doing something that is not helping the community when you had better things to do like actually fixing dysfunctional apartment equipment for the tenants, instead of doing such useless and meaningless stuff like writing warning notices with nonsense?

My daughter hasn't moved in yet, but of all the places we looked at in Davis this as well as a couple other Tandem properties were our favorites. They seemed to be most reliable for repairs, etc. I will edit my post when I have more to say. Also, the fact that they lease by the bed is a bonus.

The management here is great! I lived here for 3 years, and the girls in the office have always been very friendly. They host events throughout the year, and even give out food during finals week (prior to covid19). I feel like they really care about their residents. Jessica, Maya, and Nina are great. Thank you Arlington for a great 3 years of residency!

Love the staff and the office! Free breakfast during finals week and free coffee and cookies all the time! Also, the rent is good. The bike ride to campus is also nice. Maintenance is also awesome.

Arlington is such a quiet and peaceful place. When I moved in everything was super clean and the management is very helpful and polite. They provide you free printing, coffee, and you can borrow vacuum cleaners too. I really liked my apartment and living there was very hassle free. The only thing I wish they would improve is having more and better bike racks. I wish I could stay there for another year but space was filled in so fast.

I've been here in Arlington for almost one school year, and the two maintenance guys, J & Jose are the epitome of two hard working blue-collar men and do it with such professionalism! Kudos to both of them for always coming through and fixing any orders I submit through the leasing office. In addition, Jessica & Nina are so kind and professional as well. They all work not only expeditiously, but cohesively! This staff of four seem to be on the same page at every level, which is very impressive! Furthermore, I most definitely would recommend this beautiful apartment complex with great amenities, such as the study lounge to any UC Davis student or faculty members to lease here.
