A charming, clean, safe, and well maintained apartment complex with an amazing management team.Unfortunately I had met several property managers the day I was viewing apartments in Davis that give me the whole "we want to make this a place our tenants want to live and take care of their issues promptly and foster a community" line that it made me skeptical when Danielle and Arianna said the same thing to me, but they actually mean it!The management team at Anderson Place is amazing, Danielle and Arianna really bailed me out when another apartment complex bait and switched me (model apartment looked nothing like the actual apartments) and had unacceptable issues in the apartment such as an extremely sloped floor, an attempt to hide water damage, peeled/cracked paint and drywall, etc. The unit was bad enough that I was offered to terminate my lease the day I was set to move in, which put me between a rock and a hard place as the Fall Quarter is starting soon at UC Davis and most apartment complexes that accept large dogs were already filled. I also had all of my belongings in my vehicles and on a trailer in Davis because I was supposed to move in that day.I called up Arianna that day and asked if they had a unit available to move in that day after explaining my situation as I had already put in a rental application and been accepted. Fortunately for me a tenant cancelled and they got me into a unit that day.I'm very happy here and it feels like an actual home with a community that I will enjoy living in while I attend UC Davis, I'm very glad I ended up here. I highly recommend Anderson Place Apartments, and especially the management team, Danielle and Arianna. From the first time I met with them in 2022, and for my entire time as a resident there, they were great (no other word for it)! They are available to answer questions and give clear, timely answers about policies. They always met my requests as a resident. Danielle and Arianna (and their capable staff) graciously coordinate the entire rental, grounds and facilities upkeep, host special events for residents (a mix of university students, families, and other adults), and more. I enjoyed my time at Anderson Place and always felt listened to, safe, and treated fairly. Thanks again!

Didn't end up signing a lease here, but the property managers (Danielle, Arianna, & Alisha) were overwhelmingly kind & genuine in a way that is truly rare in their profession. I've been given the "we love our tenants, want to create a community environment, etc." spiel from dozens of property managers over the years - this was the first time I believed it was 100% true. Obviously can't speak to the experience of actually living here, but if it's even half as lovely as the experience of touring & applying for an apartment, they all deserve a big raise.

Myself and my son who is an incoming UCD junior transfer recently toured Anderson Place. From start to finish we were wowed by the management team. Alisha ensured that we had all the info we needed before driving up from the Bay Area for our tour.Ariana gave us a fantastic, informative tour and showed us all the great amenities and how nice an apartment looked for an impending move in.If it had been up to our dog and myself we would have chosen Anderson Place but my son opted for another Tandem property. But, we all recommend that you take a look at Anderson Place!

Among all eight apartments that I toured yesterday, Anderson Place is the most impressive one. Property manager Danielle is very professional and patient. She understood what I wanted and tried to work things out. During the whole tour, she always had a smile even though I asked to see the model units twice. The vibe of the community is serene and safe. Inside the units, the color of the cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances look so harmonious. I love Anderson Place.

We are delighted to leave a review for the well deserving management team of Anderson Place Apartments. Danielle and Arianna have been stellar managers of Anderson Place Apartments which places this property in an altogether different league with no other property management teams even close by. We have lived in few apartments in the past across the US but have not seen such amazing management team before. Both of them have been very polite, professional, welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have addressed all our concerns quickly and efficiently.We can say with confidence that anyone moving into Anderson Place Apartments will not want to move out unless he or she has to leave Davis. And the entire credit for this goes to the two star performers Arianna and Danielle from the Management team. Kudos to you both ! keep up the great work Arianna and Danielle !!!Asim & Ansh

After being at west village Anderson place has been a breath of fresh air. Not only is the community quite, clean, and well kept; the management team is also responsive and hospitable. I look forward to living at Anderson place and becoming more apart of the community with which they foster!

The ladies at Anderson Place have made the leasing process incredibly quick, simple and comfortable. We were able to chose our unit and still secure it all for our move in. I am beyond excited to call Anderson Place my home!

Had a great experience living at Anderson Place Apartments. The location is very convenient since it it only a 5 minute walk away from the grocery store and has many restaurants near by to choose from if there's no time to cook.The environment and facilities are clean and the many trees and vegetation around the complex give it a peaceful, relaxing vibe.Most importantly, the staff are very kind and responsive. They are accommodating and will work with you to resolve any questions or concerns you may have.Would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

When they said "Live More, Worry Less", they weren't kidding. Anderson Place was a bit pricey and the rent increases by about $100 each year, but it was a great place to live in. There's a pool, study lounge with a printer, cafe, and a laundry room. Sadly, most of the amenities were closed while I lived there from 2019-2021 because of the pandemic, but they were nice while I got to use them.The staff were very responsive and courteous. As an international student, it was hard for me to find a place to stay (especially without a US number or SSN at the time), but they responded very quickly to leasing inquiries through their Facebook page. The leasing process was very straightforward and I was able to lock down a 1BR very quickly. Finding a lease after receiving my UCD acceptance in April was stressful, but they made the process painless. Special thanks to Damaris and Gillian (who transferred to a different Tandem apartment), since they fielded my requests during most of my stay.One thing to note is that it's loud outside during Tuesday mornings because maintenance have hedge trimmers and leaf blowers turned on, and it was more noticeable when I had Zoom meetings at home during the pandemic. It didn't bother me as much, but some people might be more sensitive to it.I just got my deposit back from them (they don't do direct deposits, so you need an address for a paper check), and I was surprised I got most of it back. This is for both the initial deposit and a pet deposit for a cat I adopted.Overall I'm quite satisfied, and I recommend living here if it fits your budget.

I had to secure a living space for the upcoming year for a new job opportunity. Finding a good living space that accommodates pets is very difficult especially when you're trying to find one last minute. Out of all my options Anderson Place stood out. I was able to call and schedule a walking tour quickly and checked out the property the following day. The new management team: Danielle, Arianna, and Celina, were very friendly and accommodating.I was able to secure my apartment the same day as my walk-in. They had a Chromebook for me to use to fill out the paperwork in a lovely café space. Besides the nice living spaces and great location (across the street from a supermarket and restaurants) they really won me over with the fact that there are no monthly fees for owning a pet and they now provide free internet service (200mbs). I'm definitely looking forward to my next adventure here!

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Such a welcoming and friendly staff. As a student that is getting her first apartment, Anderson Place made is so easy to choose a place to live. One of the first things that made me want to live here was the tour that Ariana gave me! Not to mention that I actually went to high school with her and had no idea that she worked here! Such a small world. She was so informative about everything in the apartment (I viewed the 1B 1B model). The unit was completely renovated and perfect for me! I fell in love with the place immediately. I also love that the complex is not huge but just the right size with grass patches and bike paths!What drew me in even more were the resources and the amenities that Anderson Place has to offer. Such as the 24hr cafe/study lounge, free printing, 24hr gym, CLEAN laundry facilities, pool + spa, and how close it is to campus. I would 100% recommend this place to any student as they are super student friendly. I love that is is just a 10 min bike ride to campus! I cannot wait to move in to my first place! I am extremely happy with my choice to live here at Anderson place.Again i just want to give a shoutout to the wonderful staff that helped me out and made this process as seem less as possible. Ariana, Danielle, and Celina you guys rock!
