The worst customer service I've ever had at Wells Fargo. It was obvious the bank teller didn't want to help me and that I was bothering her. Once she took my deposit she didn't say anything, we just stood there in awkward silence. After a moment, I asked if she needed anything else from me; she finally acknowledged me and said no. Ok. I guess I'm dismissed now.

Been a customer for 40 years and am treated like I am a complete stranger. People in branch can sometimes be helpful but it's always the Man behind the curtain that makes me frustrated.

Wells Fargo Bank was a BAD experience for me. I banked there for 10 years. Although the branch was well run, Wells Fargo Management is very questionable. For years every time I went in a branch they asked me to open new accounts. Go to a new branch, get same request. Open an account here. I believe Wells Fargo Bank got in trouble for doing this. My real problems started when I needed a loan. I had good relationship with my local branch so I went and talked with the branch manager. She said the only thing they had for me was a home equity line mortgage. I had substantial equity, an excellent credit rating, so I expected a smooth process. I was told by the branch manager I had to contact mortgage people. He immediately referred me to Home Equity mortgage processing group in Oregon. All the mortgage processing is done there. Loan processor Wendy Williams delayed by asking for more and more AND MORE documentation and doing nothing to help in between. When I complained about the long delays to Anne Cook who I believed to be her manager. I did not detect an independent investigation by Anne Cook of what Wendy Williams was doing. When I applied for the home equity line mortgage I told them I was in a hurry because I had bought a new house and need the loan soon. The delays by Wendy Williams and their underwriting caused me to pay $25,000 in taxes that could have been avoided. I later complained. My accountant is a former banker. After he saw my situation he recommended that I ask them to reimburse my loss. I got form letters from Anne Cook, Wells Fargo Executive complaints group in Des Moines, Iowa to no available. I RECOMMEND YOU AVOID WELLS Fargo Bank. I saw in the newspaper that a Senator is investigating Wells Fargo management. I agree they need investigation for bad management.

They are very customer oriented. I'm disabled and they let me sit down while they make the deposits for me and my business. They're always friendly, open the doors for me, and often chat for a few minutes. There is nothing else they could do to make me happier. They do it all. By far the best bank branch I've ever been to.

John Ray is the most helpful person I've ever seen at any bank. Was able to connect and be talked to as a friend and not just a business associate/client. Was able to help me on opening a savings. And was able to give me great advice on managing my money and how to save. Whatever John is being paid it isn't enough. Likely to only do all work with him and only him. In all my years have never been treated so sincere from a bank.

I refer to this branch as "my personal bank"! The staff treats you as a friend. They always ask me about my trips both business and personal. They are CUSTOMER-CENTRIC! They focus on your total bank experience! Thank you for always having my best interest at heart!

This branch is literally flawless. The employees are always in a great mood and greet their customers with a warm welcome. Their segmentation is fantastic, and the employees are highly knowledgeable. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for any transaction. Customer service is impeccable and this will always be my #1 branch. They always go out of their way to please and I love how they offer extra things such as water, coffee, lollipops and even dog treats!

Don't waste your time as these guys have zero sense of customer service. I called this location to make an appointment with the notary. The guy was pushing me to go with third party vendor stating that their notary is busy. I told him that I am not in hurry and would like to schedule an appointment (I am a Wells Fargo customer). The guy was having so much attitude, kept me on hold and then said his manager told him that the notary is busy, would not be able to give much time, how many pages you have and what not. Just kept encouraging me to go elsewhere.

Hiring process is a joke. You might want to work for a company with a better work ethic. Not only is their banking process a joke (mistakes left & right) You apply and go for an interview, and they never respond. I guess it counts you are there everyday, but it doesn't mater your work ethic. They don't reply to inform you that you didn't make it the next process. They just like keep you wondering and hoping. In the end, you don't want to work for a company that hires people with poor work ethic.
