Do yourself a favor and go with another bank company. Wells Fargo is awful, especially their customer service. Their atm machine doesn't work and will take your money without depositing into your bank account. I asked the branch employee for help and the lady continued to stand next to the door. I had to asked her three time for help before she came over. She didn't even help. She just said "another employee will help." After waiting a long time for the other employee, the other employee just told me to contact wells fargo phone number on the back of my debit card. The lady at the door couldnt have just said that in the first place? I am amazed at how awful this branch's customer service is.

I opened up a new checking account. Gave them money to Deposit into my new checking account. They deposited it in the wrong account that was being closed. Refused to transfer the money into the proper account. Instead they said they have to mail me a cashiers check which would take 5-10 Days. Showed zero remorse at all.

Been here twice and they never count the cash in front of you even if you’re getting in the large amounts they just print the receipt and give it to you. What if someone walks out and counts the cash and it’s short then who is responsible is the account holder or the teller and I did mention that to them twice and they said well you have the receipt so it shouldn’t be short. This is the first bank in many years that I have seen that does that and their customer service is through the roof. Terrible. Disappointed in this particular bank only may not come back to this one.

This bank is RIDICULOUS!!! My son tried to deposit 4 checks that totaled about $200. He was not sure if he had deposited them already. Turns out he had already cashed 2 of them. It was an honest mistake!! Instead of helping him they closed his account and will not reopen or let him open a new account saying he is a risk. All this for about $100 in checks. I have been banking there for over 30 years. What a f'n joke!!!!!!

Received great customer service from Jacob, at the bank today. I had get my treasury account authorization signed and he did it immediately for me. I wasn't expecting that quick of a service. Happy customer here. Thank you much Jacob for your excellent customer service. Noticed they have done some upgrades to the interiors too, love the new look.

Had an appointment, and I waited for 30 minutes... no one acknowledged that I was even there, I had to go to one of the tellers myself to ask if I needed to check in. There are no directions, and no one to assist when you walk in. I had my baby with me and was very disappointed with the service here! After asking one of the personal bankers myself (he literally walked right past me and completely ignored me), I found out the customer service department made our appointment at the wrong location. The answer I got from here was " well you need to go there".This was a the worst customer service and experience ever!!

We went in to complete a name change request. We met with Asha(?) and she stated that she would take care of everything completely. We asked her to only change my wife's accounts and not the accounts associated with her mother. Well, turns out she changed names and addresses on everything; causing my MIL to have to go into the branch and fix all of the issues she created. But thank goodness she spent so much time talking about upgrading accounts and mortgage refinancing. If only she spent time doing what was needed, we might actually be interested in continuing our relationship.

I am sending wire money and this employee A.M. made mistake and whole month I was try to get my money back or send directly to address. Before liked you go there not I am kinda close this checking account. Almost everyday I am sitting there to fix my problem. ??

20+ year customer now completely disappointed in management at Wells Fargo Danville, San Ramon Valley Blvd. Several email requests unanswered, even after follow up, on request about policies and service. No personal touch. Nobody cares. To busy to change banks now but some time soon I'll find the time and do it. In the meantime I'll just keep visiting with the ATM's

Least favorite branch in the bay area to visit. Younger Male manager could care less about customers. You can tell his personal life engulfs him at work.
