I wanted to support a local store so I went here for shoes. I needed to return a pair but they only allow store credit after 7 days, which would have been fine if they had either verbally told me or had the return policy on their receipt. The only sign is one that is on the side of the cash register, which does anyone read? I came at day 9 because this was my first day off of work and couldn't make it to the store during their business hours which don't align with mine. Now I have a paper receipt gift card that I have to keep or lose out on store credit. I do not recommend coming here.

I went here since I was in the neighborhood and wanted to try on some boots. It was midday on a Tuesday. There was one other customer in the store. I browsed and found a pair I wanted to try on. I waited holding that boot for about 10 minutes but the only person working, who did greet me while I initially browsed, was in the clothing side of the store chatting with the other customer. I decided not to wait any longer and left without trying anything on. There is a nice selection of casual and dress shoes with some comfort options. Name brands like Sorel and smaller brands. I would go back if there was a way to know when I could get service, as I liked the selection.

I love the collection of styles they have at Tootsies. Lots of awesome flats and lower heels that are comfy but also super interesting, colorful and hip. Staff are helpful, friendly and care about helping you find the right style and fit for you.

This is the coolest place to get your nails & toes done. Safe and clean tubs with disposable liners is key. It’s located inside an adorable women’s clothing & gift boutique. Brilliant!

I purchased some flats here and thought that the woman who sold me the shoes told me that if they didn't work out, I could return them. I wore them once and realized that they were really uncomfortable (they were woven elasticized something or other). I probably did walk out on my porch in them. When I took them back another woman said told me I could not return them because I had worn them. "How am I supposed to see if they are comfortable if I don't wear them?" She just replied that since I had worn them (they were not damaged) she could not resell them. Don't believe that you can return shoes to this place and, even better, don't shop there.
