“So I started coming here a year ago since my kids go to school down the street. I used to stop in to buy Ashton's since this was what I smoked. The Staff asked me if I have ever tried some other brands which I had not heard of. Let me tell you that in the past year, I have tried some great sticks and have since discovered "New" blends and flavors that I would not have ever experienced if it weren't for the great staff members they have. The shop has the largest selection of cigars in the Bay I've seen however I have not been to other stores in SJ or elsewhere that I have heard have large selections. The caveat here is just bc a humidor has a large selection doesn't mean the selection is a QUALITY selection. The owner Joseph is a stand up guy and he is helpful and knowledgeable as is his staff Rick and David. The store has some pretty hard to find sticks..I know some stores may say they have stuff that's hard to fin dbut trust me when I say they have rare stuff. I googled searched some of their "hard to find/rare" items and found that even online retailers did not have what Mission Pipe had in their counters. I probably shouldn't be writing this since people will now come and find my secret stash! *LOL* There is a smoking lounge in the back and there is no fee or charge, however, they do not allow outside cigars to be brought in to be smoked. All cigars purchased in the store or previously purchased in the store can be smoked in the store. Trust me when I say that chances are they will have what you smoke...unless you smoke garbage, then you'll be S.O.L. The prices are fair and often cheaper than most other stores, but in my opinion the biggest value this humidor has going for it are #1) Knowledgeable owner and staff; 2) GREAT customers who are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to share experiences and reviews of their favorite cigars; 3) A great owner who appreciates his customers and who doesn't believe in just having expensive merchandise and gouging customers. Joseph believes in creating customer loyalty and it shows through his actions not words. OVERALL, if you are a cigar aficionado, a beginner, or know absolutely NOTHING about cigars but you are interested in trying or just looking for gift ideas, you should DEFINITELY stop into this humidor.”
“I enjoy this cigar lounge. I visit somewhat sporadically, but every time I visit, Steve and/or Adonis, have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Selection is excellent and can be pricey, but reasonable prices are available as well. It's a comfortable lounge, with nice leather chairs and many large screen TVs, you can enjoy from any seat. Ventilation is very good. Many of the regulars are friendly and share some great stories, but you can be left alone if you so desire, as well. I visit mostly during the weekdays, since I'm retired, so I can't speak to the environment on weekends or during the evening hours. During the summer, they have a patio as well. If you are a cigar smoker, you should give it a try or two... Thank you, WC Cigar Loft!”

“This is a great little store. The competition between head shops/ cigarette joints is steep I'm sure. The guy who owns? Runs the place is quite chill. My take and not that I'm an expert, but he carries a nice quantity and excellent quality CBD products. Stuff I haven't seen in other store. I will say this, he's got a s*** ton of inventory, i don't know, but I figure he'll wheel & deal.”

“A little pricey but not by much I understand everyone has to make a profit. Sweet Lil' hole in the wall I passed by hundreds of times in my car before finally checking it out judging the book by the cover- building from the outside. Wish I went into it sooner boy!!! Dope pieces large variety of all sorts of gear and friendly staff very helpful with good attitude and work ethics. Happy I went after being dissatisfied by different smoke shop earlier in the day!!!”
“I thought i liked this place a lot. But i realized tonight thay t's a little too pricey sometimes... it kinda depends on who's working when you visit, I think. A few weeks ago I bought a bong and got a super good deal and was very happy, and then today I bought a torch lighter and some butane and was not happy at all with the quality of the torch for how much o paid. It would have been better had I been able to see the torch in action before buying it and leaving. He said tried to turn it on and nothing so he'd like oh its dead, but didn't refill it so I could check it out. I figured it would be much more powerful then it turned out to be because it's a pretty good size but when I finally did get the fuel in it i was very suprised and disappointed. ..”

“To all Cigar enthusiasts, if you love hanging with good people & having great conversation this spot is for you. I have been coming here for a couple years great people the owner Joe is great, very easy person to get along with. Definitely recommend this place to have a great smoke, good conversation, good selection. One of the best parts of this place is just enjoying the time in a great environment. To top it off that chick Ari who thought she was a manger, incredibly annoying chick no longer works there. Trust me this place is worth checking out even if you don’t smoke in the lounge it’s a nice spot that has great selection of cigars.”

“Don't blink or you will miss it. Right off contra costa blvd tucked . I have this place on numerous occasions and never knew it was there. I was greeted by an employee who was very knowledgeable of the products . We spoke about several different cigars and the ones he prefers depending on mood. Place isn't huge but big enough to carry several humidors to carry the best cigars . Picked out several to try with his recommendation. Very leased and will return . If your on the hunt for a good stick check them out .”
