I have dropped off a few items (from baby items to towel sets) through the years, and have been extremely pleased with the finished product. The owner is pleasant, caring, professional and customer focused. They seem to do large orders frequently, so plan ahead to give them enough time to get your project done.

Do not use Powerstitch. I brought in bags to be embroidered and was told that I would be sent the artwork for approval prior to putting anything on the expensive bags. I was told the turn around time was 1 week. After one week I had heard nothing and called and left a message. I never got a call back. Four days went by and I called again only to find out that the embroidery had been done on the bags without my artwork approval and the final product did not mirror the image file I had sent. When I picked up the bags, the lack of customer service was appalling and the reasons I was given as to why she did not follow through on what she said she was going to do were that she was backlogged with 500 orders, that she didn't write it down, and that she didn't have the font I was looking for. Really too bad - Powerstitch came highly recommended through Next Door but my experience there was very negative and I would never give them any business again and would recommend to take your business elsewhere.

Valerie and her daughter are TOP NOTCH customer service professionals!!! I'm also a small business owner so I'm very aware of the "above and beyond" when it comes to taking care of clients. Valerie took the gracious time to choose the perfect color stitch and texted me several pictures of different fonts so I knew exactly what to expect. I wasn't expecting this type of planning for a simple project, but I am more than happy with the way it turned out. Moreover, Valerie did all of this on quick notice, even over the weekend, and was able to turn my project around the by the next business day! ... and all with sweet and comfortable interactions. Truly a pleasure to do business here. I've already referred her to others!!!

Don't even bother messing around, wasting your time going anywhere else. My large order was not only PERFECT, but done early. Excellent communication and high quality work.
