I booked a paint class for a Saturday 2 weeks in advance online and pre paid for it and everything. My friend and I were celebrating her birthday and showed up for the class on the correct date and time. When we arrived the whole studio was pitch black and no one was around, we were so confused, tried calling the number and of course no answer. Called another location and they happened to know the owners so said they would give them my contact info and would contact me. The lady called me maybe 15 minutes later and was extremely rude told me she attempted to call me that morning to cancel the class due to no one else signing up!! She then proceeded to say she’s not sure what else I wanted her to do, I never received any calls from her at all Idk how you can cancel a class literally 5 hours before it starts and the be rude about it!!! She basically said to bad and she will refund my money, despite me wasting my time and gas to drive all the way there for absolutely no reason and just to have the owner of the studio be extremely rude to me! Worst experience ever!

My husband LOVES Pinot's Palette. If it's any consolation, he is the definition of a "manly man" and *loves* date night here.... So much so, that it's always his idea when we go! The art teachers have always been wonderful. My husband has ADHD, and he struggles to quickly follow and understand the artistic directions. He tends to need to stand up in the front and watch the teacher paint-- and ask a few questions in order to replicate. The teachers have always been very patient and kind and gently balance the class need and speed with what he needs as a more complicated student. Our art pieces have always come out well enough to hang on the wall. Overall, it's just a super fun date experience if your love language is quality time (like mine!).

Came here for a fun girl's night and had a blast! I am not that creative or artistic lol but the instructor was so fun and helpful and made the experience so much fun. And my painting turned out really well with her instruction and help! They have alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available for purchase and the room has a cool artsy vibe with all the finished paintings in it. Definitely recommend!

We came here today for an 8 year old's birthday party. We didn't realize that this place hosted birthday parties for kids! The art studio is spacious, with painting in half the shop and seating in the other half. The instructor did an amazing job guiding the kids and keeping them busy painting, while the adults were able to catch up. It was such a fun time, and the location was perfect. It's inside Danville Livery, so there was ample parking, and you felt safe having the kids run around outside! Highly recommended!!!

We went for a paint your pet night and had so much fun! They made the whole event from start to finish memorable. The staff were amazing and they had a nice selection of beer, wine, and Sake cocktails! Highly recommend for a fun night out!

We had a blast! Pure fun and much needed giggles. Haven't laughed this much in years. Highly recommend. The teacher guided us through painting a serene landscape of a colorful lake at dusk. We were 10 people in the session, each one with a different interpretation of the same painting. The teacher spent a few minutes with each of us and shared our individual paintings with the group. Upbeat, light pop music played in the background. We were served snacks and drinks while painting.. What a treat! 2 hour session: $41 Drinks and snacks: $20 Time: Showed up at 6:35pm and left around 9:30pm Looks like the space can comfortably accommodate 24 painters. Parking is super easy right in front of the building with lots of parking available. Would do it again with friends, family or for a team building event.

We had a company event with 34 people, and everyone loved it. Anna, the owner is simply amazing from start to finish. We ordered pizza and it showed up without plates and napkins. Anna had us covered and supplied both. Too many times customer service is not up to par these days, so it was very refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service. It was how it should be. Annie, the art instructor was enjoyable to paint with...very entertaining and engaged with the group. Loved her music selection as well. Sharon, our personal bartender was wonderful. She worked nonstop to make sure no one went thirsty (wine, beer, soda's, water and coffee). She was a joy to work with. She also assisted me with a table set up with awards. Thank you, Anna, Annie and Sharon, to help make this a very successful event!!!

I made a reservation for me and my daughters about a week before but they didn't have our seats together as I requested so they had to put me at the end crowding the table and making it hard to have enough space for my paint brushes etc. they in general were disorganized and even dumped a bottle of paint on a guest. I the instructor talked about being a drag king in her other job which was just kinda odd especially around my young daughter. We started this Christmas tradition last year but went to Livermore e. Next year I'll make the longer drive. Big difference between how these shops are managed.

Had the honor of finding this super cool art studio during our annual sister trip. I googled "paint and sip" and Pinots Palette came up. So happy we gave them a try. Worth the money & time. The instructor was extremely friendly and helpful. The studio was super clean, drinks were amazing. This place gets 5 stars in my book. Thank you for your hospitality, Annie, .

I recently hosted my daughter's 7th birthday party at this location. I planned on having the girls paint and mom's could hang out and drink wine and eat. The set up was perfect! The kids had such a blast! And the mom's had their own area as well! While planning, I was uncertain about the venue, given this was a kids party, but our hosts made it such a perfect event. We had a couple of hiccups in communication to be very honest, and it felt for a moment like things were not going to work out as planned, but as soon as I voiced my concerns and doubts, I have to say, the ladies at Pinot's Palette went ABOVE & BEYOND to make it a terriffic event! I would give them 6 stars if I could. They really made it a very special and enjoyable day. I highly recommend!!!

The art is great but the owner for this location gets 1 star. Had an interaction with her at a wedding fair yesterday, and now scratching my bachelorette brunch and paint idea. Thank you.
