Great location and everyone is very helpful with the most detailed of questions or requests. I also used their training program for my 2 dogs when they were pups and have utilized the vet service when I needed a fundamental shot while other places are booked out for weeks. Kathy has been particularly helpful with questions on food allergies and other health related products/toys for our beloved pups. Great service, always nice to go in and see them!

I have been to pet food express a couple of times, and every time I go there it's such a great experience. Kathy has been the one to help me with all the questions I ask, she's very informative, kind, and understanding. Kathy has taken the time to familiarize herself with my pet's needs, she went out of her way to help me and my pup. I was thrilled with my purchase and all the information Kathy gave me and I will keep returning! Pet food express also has a clinic inside, such a convenience! I recommend this place to my friends who have animals.

This store exceeds all expectations! The staff are so friendly and helpful, they really care about your pets and all animals in general. Many volunteer outside of work helping foster animals and ensure stray cats are fixed to control the population. Rachel and Lydia are the best!!!

Didn’t have 4 bags of the brand of dog food for my dog to get the 25% off perk they offer - the only reason I shop here. Yet would not provide 25% off for buying 2 bags like they always do when they are short on product. Perhaps policy changed. Guy at the counter was stiff and unfriendly about it so I left without getting what I came for.
