I I have been buying nice clothing from Patrick James since they were in the Campbell Pruneyard in the late 60s I can never go to another store to find the same quality others try but they can't match I've dealt with many of their key personnel and they've helped me in all of my endeavors of clothing. I like nice clothes that last and look good on me. Ollie and Richard are great in Danville. to sum this up, all I could say, is they have quality clothing at a Reasonable price you won't have to look further. There's no other stores like them do yourself a favor and go in and give them a try you will not be sorry Jimmy D.

Ali set my husband up with amazing shirts that complimented my husband’s skin tone and slacks to match his suit jacket. He helped with an alterations specialist and went above and beyond! We were desperate for a last minute garden party ensemble. We will return for Ali’s expertise to help us with my husband’s wardrobe selections. Thank you Ali!

I've shopped at this Patrick James for over twenty years...going back to the Blackhawk mall location. I've also purchased at the Reno (now closed) and another two locations while visiting. I'm a huge fan of their selections. The Reno store always had great customer service but at times limited selections. I receive discounts and your magazine. This month, first week of December I walked in to find 2-3 long sleeve casual upscale shirts. One employee and one customer other than myself. As I browsed for ten minutes, I had a hand on a shirt, looking at it when abruptly the older employee says, "excuse me," walks up close, motions for me to back up. He pulls a shirt offering it to the other customer. The customer looks at me with shock. The customer turns down the selected shirt. I walk to the other side of the store and browse. I left quickly. I'll never return. The older employee who used to work at the Blackhawk store, then at this one has retired. He was classy, knew his customers and never pushed odd inventory. This employee and the other (wasn't present) employee need to be replaced. You don't even get four feet into the store when they yell, approach and begin pointing out inventory which I'm not entering for. OFTEN, you'll hear, well this would look good on you. How about that. Often I've said, I'd like to just look on my own (since I hadn't been in the store over forty five seconds. By the way....your stock was low and best description...odd for a Patrick James store. I hope you two are replaced in 2022 for the sake of Danville.

Ali made my husband's and son's shopping experiences at Patrick James a most enjoyable one. They both needed to add additional clothing to their wardrobes, and that is when Ali came into play. He is quite knowledgeable in his trade. He was honest, had very good taste and ideas, and offered excellent customer service. My husband and son normally don't like shopping for clothes, but Ali made this a positive experience. Patrick James is lucky to have Ali as their store manager. It is because of him that we will continue to shop at this location and buy Patrick James' quality clothing. Thank you, Ali!

Ali came through for me! I came in to return an item from another Patrick James store. Initially, Ali didn't think a return would be possible since it was a special item from another store, but he was kind enough to come into the store on his day off to make sure my return went through!! Ali and his team have made me a Patrick James believer!

I was walking by and decided to buy a couple of shirts for hubby. And, Ali, the manager, was extremely pleasant and courteous. They have a selection of men's casual/evening shirts, which I was looking for. He helped me pick out some nice button down shirts. No hassle and no pressure. Will be coming back again. Thanks Ali!
