Went back the next day and they fixed it immediately. I very rarely get a true sincere apology. Thanks. “We have been here several times to buy paint for our home interior. They have a decent amount of options as far as colors go, and they can customize colors from other places like Kelly Moore or Home Depot if you prefer to use their paint. Their space is very bright and spacious with a table where you can lay out samples and look at their catalog. As far as the staff, it really depends who's working as far as how helpful they'll be. A couple times we'd be acknowledged as soon as arriving and asked if there's anything they can do to help. And then the last time we were in there, no one spoke to us for the whole 20 minutes we were looking at samples (and we were the only customers in there). We did end up buying quite a bit, and they always help you out to your car with your purchases, but it did feel like we made all the decisions on our own. Luckily, we had a good idea of what we wanted. Their prices can also be pretty high, but I am not sure how that compares to other paint stores.”

“I had a very specific color of dark blue I needed to touch up some walls that had been painted 2 years ago. It didn't make sense to paint the entire walls when there were only about 10 small touch ups needed. I didn't remember the actual color and I only had a very small piece I had managed to cut from the edge of an electrical outlet. The place where I originally bought the paint (Lowe's) tried several times to match the color without success and finally suggested I go to a specialty paint store. I decided to try Moyer's Paint Company at 351 Llewelling in San Lorenzo. Enrique and his son, Sebastian, were in the store which was very clean and neat. Enrique has 30 years experience working with paint. He promised he'd get it right. It took 4 adjustments to the original mix he tried. Each time he'd paint a bit of my little chip and dry it to see if it was a match. After the 4th adjustment he was satisfied he'd gotten it right. And he was correct! The color matched perfectly! I was so impressed that I went back to the store a week later to thank Enrique. In addition to excellent personal service and a well-organized store, they have a roomy parking lot making them a very convenient choice.”

“I didn't have any issues shopping here, the store is nice and big and they had an ample selection of Christmas decor to look at! The employees were nice enough, I mean I never expect retail employees to smile their energy away at everyone but they weren't rude or anything.It's located in a center with a strip of little stores. The parking can fill up but generally I always find a spot. I'm glad we have a local store like this where we can run and find what we need to fix things!The times that I've been I haven't had issues with lines being so bad I dread it.”

“As a property manager, I've used this Kelly Moore for over 10 years. Now I'm updating an apartment between tenants and it needs the works: fresh paint, but also new flooring, lights/fans, cabinets and a new bathroom - so there's a lot to coordinate and time is always a factor.On my last two visits, Cliff has helped me narrow down millions of shades of taupe to just three in record time (15 minutes!) - any of which would perfectly complement the new living room carpet. I picked the lightest of the three and once it was on the walls it picked up the lighter tones in the carpet, making it pop. Even my painter commented it was a great pairing. I could never have gotten there without Cliff's dead-on color sense. I think he said he was an art major so color is his thing. All I know is he's my ace in the hole. Who needs to pay a designer hundreds of dollars when you've got Cliff's nose for tones? You're the bomb Cliff, thanks so much! I'll be seeing you for my next project.”
