“My iPhone XR came listing in after a tough week of sitting on the beach sucking down dirty banana's in the US Virgin Island of St. Croix. It wa not a pretty sight. In fact it had no sight, couldn't see a thing on the poor thing. And to find them open on Sunday? Hello McFly!! Walked in said this is what's "probably" wrong, and it will cost this much and it will take me this much time. "Probably" turned into that's what was wrong with it. Cost stayed the same, and time turned from 90 minutes down to 45 minutes. Winner winner, fill in the blank, dinner. Great source to have here in Castro Valley, a posh community nestled quitely in the East Bay.”

Shortly after several representatives were assisting a variety of customers. Noteworthy was Diego who help me ascertain whether I could add a SIM card and line to my iPad. We discussed several options and pricing scenarios. Diego was very knowledgeable and focused on what I was trying to achieve. “I have visited this location a few times. And honestly, based on my visits, I can believe that this location is much nicer than the one in Antioch. Although, I probably wouldn't drive half an hour to here to get what I needed; I could if I want. Anywho, we were in the area on Nov. 24, 2023, and it was Black Friday, so we decided to stop in and see what kind of deals they had. And honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The sales that I have been seeing said "30% off", which isn't much of a deal. I was in the need for pajama pants and some socks so I picked them up. I scanned them, and they were on sale. I also bought some accessories for my new phone, and I was pretty disappointed with the fact that they weren't on sale. While we were checking out, I decided to use my Target Circle rewards (like I do usually), and the person who checked me out suggested I spend a certain amount to get the discount. I didn't get their name, but the way they explained it to me was very helpful. And everything went through without any issues. Would I come to this Target again? If I am in the area again, maybe I may check it out. Since the Pittsburg Target closed down, I have mostly been going to the one in Antioch and this Target is out of my reach. I like how there is a parking garage underneath, which is nice especially in a place where parking is AWFUL.”

“Had no idea this location was even here! Glad we found it as we were able to walk over from Apple Store to get new watch set up with cellular (transfer from old watch to new watch). Dee went above and beyond with her customer service. She not only helped us to transfer the cellular to new watch but was able to correct the issue the service person caused (they cancelled our existing cell service #). Dee was quick to get things back in order for us and even offered to help set up the new watch to ensure it worked correctly right down to putting the new band on for us! She was so professional, patient and kind! Good service is hard to be found and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you Dee!! You were so nice and patient. We definitely will drive back out to this location to have service she provided.”

“I switched carriers to AT&T mobile and firstly, I already see the superior service, speed and reliability compared to my previous provider, Xfinity. Yes, I'm paying a bit more now but you get what you pay for and Xfinity could not have provided this higher level of service (both in technology and customer care) even if they tried. The AT&T website, clarity of billing, ease of managing your account and overall customer service is far superior in leaps and bounds. It's only been a short time but if this reliability and quality continues, I will be a loyal long term customer for sure. Lastly, the store representative who assisted me named Safi S. in San Ramon, CA, was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very helpful! I realize even though it’s someone’s job to try and upsell and I was asked about other services, I didn’t feel pressured and this always makes things much less stressful or frustrating. Overall, I can clearly see the value of AT&T’s services and customer care so if you are on the fence about switching carriers, do consider AT&T for all of the above reasons.”

“This is an AT&T store where we received the best customer support ever. The credit should go to Mario. Hope there is only one Mario. We needed a new phone and my husband's iPhone was so old that there were several complications. It took forever to transfer data from his old phone to a new phone. We were there for more than three hours (painful long) but Mario was patient and kind to help us. While he was helping us, he continued to answers the questions from his colleague about other customers. There were several times a rush of customers coming in to the store, yet he stayed calm and attentive to ever in the store. Thank you, Mario!!!”
