“My whole family goes here. My elderly parents, my wife and myself. The office staff is always professional. The doctors and nurse practitioner and other medical staff take time to listen and are always concerned for our well being. We've been going here for the past 5+ years and it's always been a very good experience for all of us. I recommend this facility without hesitation.”

“My 10 yo always has a hard time, stumping phlebotomist right and left. They can never find her veins. (Yes, we hydrate and stay warm, wear layers, etc.) we have tried three Labcorp sites. And at each site, they poke her twice without success. Finally, at the Walnut Creek site we found Marcelino, the very best phlebotomist. My kiddo says he is magical. He found her vein on the first try. We have gone back to him after other failed attempts elsewhere. He find her vein on the first try.”

“This place is great, don’t listen to the last review of waiting room with covid scare. The waiting area is pretty big.Anyhow yeah it can get busy but it’s typical for any business during any rush hour. Come early and you’ll be fine.Friendly staff btw.”

“Guessing there is new staff at this location because I was super impressed with the friendliness and competence of everyone I encountered in my visit today. So much so that I was thinking wow, you don't see pleasant people like that every day, I need to praise them on Yelp. I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews about the front desk - maybe that person is no longer there? I saw staff helping folks who had trouble with the check in monitor, and I was greeted with true warmth. The phlebotomist who did my blood draw was a delight - and I have been told I'm a "hard stick" - she made it easy and very comfortable for me. The online appointment system was easy to use and there is a ton of parking. I'd visit this location again for sure.”

“I agree Ed is amazing. He needs to train all the blood drawers I’ve ever had in my life. I can think of three that didn’t cause any sort of pain in 40 years and Ed is one of them.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Phyllis Combs of UCSF in San Ramon. My daughter has a speech and language disability, and Phyllis provided exceptional care through myofunctional therapy. Her approach was not only wonderful but also incredibly effective in addressing my daughter's needs. What struck me immediately was Phyllis's ability to precisely identify what my daughter required. Within just a few weeks of therapy, we began to notice significant improvements. This progress was unexpected, especially considering we hadn't even reached the halfway point of the program. Prior to finding Phyllis, we had consulted another myofunctional therapist whose methods were far less impressive--confusing instructions and a vague treatment plan left us feeling uncertain. Phyllis stands out because of her evident dedication and genuine concern for the child's well-being. Her approach is tailored, showing a true understanding of what's best for each individual. I would recommend her without hesitation. However, it is important to note that the practice has a waitlist, and securing an appointment will take some time. Despite this, the front office staff is exceptionally supportive and cooperative. They go above and beyond to assist in scheduling and striving to accommodate patients as promptly as possible.”

“The girl at the front desk that checked me in was quick and efficient. The other lady that took my blood was extremely kind. I let her know that I am a wuss when it comes to getting my blood drawn, and she was kind enough to continue conversation with me the entire time to distract me. I didn't get their names, but I'll update my review if I see them next time! Getting bloodwork done is never fun, but the staff here made it as easy and painless as possible! I'll definitely continue to come to this location.”

“Bella was amazing and tentative to my special accommodations!! Because of this, I kept consciousness and was able to leave in our car versus an ambulance. I hope I don't need to come back anytime soon, but when I do, I'm comforted knowing that I'm in good hands.”

“I have blood work done here regularly. They are very busy so if you don’t have the patience to wait, you should make an appointment. I usually go on a specific day and time and there is usually no wait. Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays are the worst. I have never been treated rudely by either reception or phlebotomist staff. In fact, they are so careful and it has never hurt to have blood drawn. I have also ended up laughing as I leave because of such a pleasant interaction. Understand that there are specific rules and regulations that have to be followed in healthcare, especially in verification of identity, so if you don’t bring your paperwork, ID and healthcare card they have the right to refuse you. It is a well run lab and I will continue to get my blood tested here.”

“As a dental office, we look for quality above all else, but it definitely helps to have quick turn around as well. They never compromise patient comfort or efficiency. Their facility is extremely clean and well organized. Thank you for all of your hard work!”

“I've been seeing a new doctor, who wanted me to get a Heartscan. So, off I went to be a good boy and get things medically done.It was a Saturday when I researched where I could get it done. Online, I filled out all my info and had hoped I could get the scan in South San Francisco. I hit submit, and got a strange website error. Instead, I sent the same info in an email. On Monday morning, I got a response that the South San Francisco closed during the pandemic. So, only Walnut Creek was available. They had several opening before, but I opted for a few days later when it would be more convenient for me to go to Walnut Creek. The location is a little off the freeway, and an older medical office building. Inside, it's simple but clean. I met the very nice lady that I had been emailing with, waited a few mins, and was seen by the tech for my scan. Easy-peasy. I laid down, and just my head and midway thru my torso into the machine. They took 2 different images, and it took a total of 5 mins (or less). In about a week, I had my results (mailed), and my doc also got them. Amazing technology and report: images, calcium volume score, and really telling and informative stats on your arteries (left main, LAD, LCX, RCA, and other) showing number of lesions, a [Agatson] Calcium score, and a Calcium Volume score. Also, very helpful comments and written analysis.Very good, and helpful, for sure. Insurance doesn't cover this, so it could be $495 out of pocket. My doc gave me a $100 coupon, so that was good.#Recommended”

“I’ll state upfront that I hate needles and have always had anxiety around getting blood drawn, but I was very fortunate that Anna May (?) took care of me today. She told me not to worry and talked/joked with me throughout the process to help keep my mind at ease. Unfortunately I still ended up with some dizziness, sweating, etc. at the end of the session, but she got me water and made sure that I was okay before heading out. People like Anna May turn often unpleasant experiences into great ones, and I greatly appreciated it.”

“I have been trying to get my cancer marker blood work for months, 2 different labs ran the wrong test and Quest locations in Palo Alto and Fremont kept cancelling my appointments! I am so grateful to have found Peng B. at this Quest location! I traveled for 1hr here and it was worth it, she was so kind, thorough and professional, truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much! ?Originally I was so frustrated, the other Quest locations were overflowing with too many ppl. I was debating on flying out of state to get my test done, I think it would be better for staff and patients for Quest to be an appointment only facility, it is not fair for patients with appointments to have our appointments pushed/canceled because Quest is up understaffed AND taking walks ins.”

“Went in for back surgery in a November. Five level Laminotomy. I had put this surgery off for about ten years. Why? Because I was frightened. I must tell you that the entire experience from preop to discharge was excellent. These people have their act together. Everyone was nice and professional. The security guard, the nurses, the desk clerks, everyone in preop. This place is run like a well oiled machine. In addition the facility is very nice. I would not hesitate going to Eden again should the need be, and I would go with much less apprehension because of the quality of the staff. Thank you also to Dr Randall. Could not have been better.”

“I like the techs, appreciate the care and professionalism, hate the absolute lack of parking space on site or on the road. Tried twice in two days to drop off specimen vials--drove around and around for 15 minutes. Came back next day, walked 2 and a half blocks in the drizzle from street parking, asked to leave the vials at the appointment counter, was told I would have to have 'an appointment' to drop off the containers, an appointment which could be currently scheduled for 1 and a half hours later. Left the vials on the appointment counter and returned to car parked far, far away. I am 82.”
