“I can't express my gratitude enough for Dr Mielke. It. was only due to her diligence and thoroughness that my kid's pituitary tumor was discovered and we are finally getting some answers and hopefully help for many of the symptoms that he struggled with for years. We had seen many doctors before Dr Mielke, many psychiatrists, and none but she had the initiative to run the whole battery of tests, especially the complete hormonal panel that lead to this discovery. They've all chalked it up to depression and anxiety, without ever investigating for possible physical causes and just prescribing psychiatric meds. He could have suffered like this for years if not for her! I saw that some people might think that the tests she orders are excessive, but I beg to differ. Our experience just shows how important it is to have the whole picture! Dr Mielke and her staff are very professional, helpful and responsive to our various needs. Everything runs smoothly and is well organized in a patient's portal. The neurosurgeon that we saw recently, told my son that his doctor did a great job! We agree with that wholeheartedly!”

“Guessing there is new staff at this location because I was super impressed with the friendliness and competence of everyone I encountered in my visit today. So much so that I was thinking wow, you don't see pleasant people like that every day, I need to praise them on Yelp. I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews about the front desk - maybe that person is no longer there? I saw staff helping folks who had trouble with the check in monitor, and I was greeted with true warmth. The phlebotomist who did my blood draw was a delight - and I have been told I'm a "hard stick" - she made it easy and very comfortable for me. The online appointment system was easy to use and there is a ton of parking. I'd visit this location again for sure.”

“I went there on 9:15 am this morning for a walk in appointment. Alice is sooooo great!!! She’s so gentle!! Specially her skills are gorgeous! She’s the best lab technician I’ve ever met in the States.
Can you believe it? It only takes me a couple minutes from getting off my car, walking to Safeway, having my blood test done and get back to my car!!!!!!!!”

“This location is so much better than their others in the area. Had a 2:45 appointment, arrived about 2:30 and checked in. Had my blood drawn and was done at 2:45.
Much less crowded, with plenty of seats in the waiting area, and well organized. A reasonably new facility.
Of course this was on a Monday. No telling how crowded they might be on a Saturday.”

“My 10 yo always has a hard time, stumping phlebotomist right and left. They can never find her veins. (Yes, we hydrate and stay warm, wear layers, etc.) we have tried three Labcorp sites. And at each site, they poke her twice without success. Finally, at the Walnut Creek site we found Marcelino, the very best phlebotomist. My kiddo says he is magical. He found her vein on the first try. We have gone back to him after other failed attempts elsewhere. He find her vein on the first try.”

“Recently, I arrived the Bollinger Canyon location at exactly 12om for blood work and was told very abruptly they close for lunch from 12pm to 1pm. The person said to come back at 1pm.I was very disappointed and went to another Quest instead.I highly recommend making an appointment & researching office hours as each Quest Diagnostics has different hours.The Pleasanton office doesn't close for lunch and I recommend making an appointment as they are super busy and the staff are great ??”

“Very clean office, receptionist is very nice, check in process was easy that I was able to get my blood work earlier than scheduled since I arrived 30 minutes earlier. Marissa did my blood work is friendly and professional! I like the lab room there a window I can look outside so, I do not have to look at the needle on my arm. Looking at the window is better than the wall. I will repeat Thank you staff members . Location is pretty good there a gas station right there and popyes fast food. All other restaurants are further away. Parking looks plentiful although I did not use parking since I use the bus.”

“The front desk lady was extremely helpful and nice. I made my appointment for the wrong day but was leaving town to where I live and do not have labcorp. She told me what other places also do morning walk-ins and what ones do all day but close for lunch. Then, when I tried calling other places with no answers at all. I went back in asking for help and she was very happy to. Since locations are very short staffed not all are taking walk-ins or have limited hours/dates for walk-ins. Don't mistake their rudeness for their limitations in dealing with rude people that have come before you. They are working long hours to continue provide a service despite labor shortages. I am grateful for them being there on a Saturday morning!!”
