Don't bother shopping at this store if you wear an XL or plus size woman. They don't carry any plus size clothing. It's really too bad because they have a good variety of brands.

Love this store. It is conveniently located so I always can park, run in and find what I'm looking for. Those who work in the store are extremely helpful and know their products. A hidden gem in Danville!

The clothing/shoe store has a very good variety and prices. They offer free gift wrap if you spend $15 or more. Salespeople are very helpful.

Attentive to questions about a refund issue, they politely helped me see it was done correctly. Love shipping there found a great deal on clothing item. Told a salesperson I was getting it for myself for my husband gift to me for Valentine's day. Lol. She said hey it wrapped for free. I did so. Great sales idea as I waited I found more items to buy. In each department the staff were attentive and helpful but not pushy.And got them wrapped for my husband's Valentine gift. Done?I'll be back.

One of the best department stores I've ever been to and a landmark of the area. I love McCaulou's. All for great reason. They carry quality merchandise, in the men's and women's and children's departments and with shoes and accessories and and and.... I'll always be a fan. I live the help too. Never had a bad experience. I often lean on the ladies for help choosing gifts for nieces and family when women are involved. I've always hit a home run with the gifts from here. Triple A+++ with a 10 star rating!!!!!

The service is great. They carry a nice variety of brands. I just bought super comfortable grasshopper shoes. It is so wonderful to find a place with gift wrapping. The children's department is fantastic.
