Don't go there if you expect any basic customer service.
Just had my worst shopping experience in my whole life. The cashier whose name is Siti blamed me for yelling, called me rude and threatened to forbid me from entering the building just because I was trying to double check the due amount with the cashier who was helping me. I had a return and then two new purchases. I told the cashier that I would like to use the refund for the new purchases when she asked me. So when I saw the due amount on the screen, I was a little confused that I still need to pay full price for the two new purchases. That’s when the woman Siti showed up. Instead of responding to my concerns, she started to blame me yelling and giving the other register a hard time even though I soon realized that she must have refunded the money to my card and started to let them know. I tried very hard to explain to them now I knew what happened and I was ready to pay. But Siti didn’t seem to listen, she also ignored the fact that the other cashier was trying to take back her work. I was furious to hear Siti threatened me, so I didn’t even want to buy anything anymore at the moment. Then I noticed the register was getting anxious because she thought she did the return wrong. But with the rude, stubborn and arrogant Siti’s presence, she didn’t even get a chance to talk to me. I didn’t have a chance to explain to her either. Finally I finished my payment when the machine showed me the amount again. Siti disappeared before the manager came in.
The manager apologized to me after she learned the whole story and she didn’t think any employee should have said anything like forbidding a customer coming into the store. But the rude woman Siti said that to me in front of my young child. The only thing I felt better was I finally had a chance to tell the first cashier when she was nervously toward me and the manager that I didn’t blame her for anything, that’s all Siti’s problem. I soon recalled she was already not happy with Siti telling her to not forget to let me sign the return receipt before all the fuss started. So, this woman Siti was not just being mean and rude to a customer like me, but also being bossy to her coworker caused the anxiety of her coworker.
I have been to this Marshalls store for almost ten years, I never encountered such a ridiculous person. Siti’s behavior not just insulted me, but also had a bad influence on her coworkers and other customers who were there. I will not come back to Marshall’s again because of mean people like Siti work there.
I took my time to write this review because I don’t want anyone to be insulted by mean people like Siti again.

I Went to this store Today I am Disbelief When I Didn’t Feel Good and one of the Managers Not to sit on the chair I told him I was Not feeling well so He told me Not to Sit in the Chair and I said it time to leave this store and the 200.00 I was going to Spend I left the store Without any Store Merchandise I was not Happy and I Will Never Return I am Disabled person Also No Sign Saying Not to Sit On The Furniture? Never I Regret Coming To This Store!!!

I went to this location and a worker named Jenessa was very kind and helped me up front with all of my necessities. I took some time, but she was able to help me through all of it. Thank you Jenessa!

Cashier was very rude from the start. When I was putting items my items on the counter she told me I wasn’t allowed to since she hasn’t scanned my suit case. It wasn’t the act of telling me the reason but her tone. She was extremely condescending, rude, and unhappy. She asked me if I had a tjmaxx card and I said no. She seemed unhappy that I stated no. I also stated I hard a return that I wanted to put towards the purchase however she had to do it separately. I wanted to return the tank top because it had a stain on the shoulder. However she began to accuse me that I was the one who put the stain on the shirt. I grew frustrated and said whatever and didn’t bother trying to fight with her. I was extremely annoyed because then she began to make comments stating that I had stained the shirt and no one would wear it since I had worn it. But she didn’t let me voice my opinion and state the reason I was returning was because I DIDNT wear it but that I had purchased it not realizing there was a stain which is why I was returning it.
Overall, I am extremely unhappy with my experience.

Best Marshalls I've been to. Clean and organized (with the exception of the volume of entitled customers that come all at once and create messes). The product selection is way better than Dublin. Which means the clearance selection is also better. Friendly employees! Shout out to Monica for the assistance and good conversation during checkout. The lines move fast despite the volume of customers. You can tell the employees work hard here.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Every cashier has such a terrible attitude. I bought many glass items and the were not wrapped correctly and when one broke because of it they wouldn’t even return it even though it was the cashiers fault. When trying to explain the “manager” wouldn’t even listen to me explain why. Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. Not shopping here ever again.

This is supposed to be a "great" place because it's located in real great and rich neighborhood. But it's not a really a good place to shop or return. I walked in to return a shoes that make my feet bleed. And the lady, who I believe was the manager told me I can't return the shoes. They won't accept them. But before that she rings me up, I get to register 9 and she disappears. Comes back a minute later and started scanning the item I was returning without saying anything- hi, how can I help you?! Nothing Then I told her that I'm returning, not buying and I also said "You didn't even ask me why am I here, just started scanning. Then it was obvious that she was upset. And when I told her that I want to return the shoes, she said that she can't accept them. And I just left the shoes with her and left. She did not pay me back for the shoes. So, my point is customer service sucks.

I bought luggage at this Marshalls, and it was with the thirty days of return policy, the luggage just did not hold up. I tried to call the warranty on this luggage, but went back to Marshalls to return and find a piece of luggage that can hold up to travel. They did not honor the return policy, and the luggage they sell must be defective merchandise. I lost my money and the manger in the store did not understand her own policy, first she said yes, they would return it then no. In the end I lost my money and threw away the luggage. Let the buyer beware of this store and the fact that they sell defective probably return luggage, this is an example let the buyer beware of business practices like this

Today we came to return the bag we purchased from Marshall. We had the receipt as well. The cashier was kind to return the bag but the store Manager was recist because we speak different language. He came and said gave the money back. We will Not the return the bag front of all the other customers. I have been living in San Ramon for past 25 years. I never got insulted like this please don’t shop here anymore. I will email the corporate office as well. They shouldn’t hire racist people to there work place. I will Not shop anymore any other marshall period.

Customer service was very disappointing again. Two employees at checkout / 6 of us waiting /while one of the clerks/employee is talking and laughing with another clerk ignoring the obvious line.
