This is a review as someone who purchased a house when she was the selling agent. Be careful from purchasing from Luna as, after the house purchase, my buyers agent advised us that we were missing the drip system Luna & and her client said in writing existed in the front yard (it seems only in the back yard and per our buyers agent in not good condition). This will likely cost us a lot of money to fix. We waived many contingencies due to this crazy market, but this doesn’t mean that Luna/her client are allowed to say (especially in writing) things that are incorrect.When I first informed her, her reply seemed unprofessional as she initially said “consult the appropriate professional/tradesmen” despite it being my real estate agent (who is also a handyman & worked with houses before becoming a real estate agent) that informed me there was no drip irrigation in the front yard. Then I haven’t seen her reply at all after my agent provided her with screenshots where she/her client stated in writing that there was a drip system. Specifically, we advised her that the seller property questionnaire stated there was a drip system, a letter/email stated the same, and the owner stated in the final walkthrough the same. We brought up this issue before the purchase was completed as we specifically stated my wife did not want a house that required hand watering.Addendum (10/11/23):In response to Luana's response, my realtor emailed Luana "The planted area between the driveway and concrete path to the front door has no drip system or sprinklers and must be watered by hand.Additionally, during the final walk through with the owner, again stated, "all plants were being watered by a drip system.""I'm not an expert, but Luana seems to arguing about semantics that don't matter. The overall summary is there's an area on the house she sold me that my realtor stated has no drip system and she keeps on saying that magically the plants that, to me, seem to be dying from lack of water are somehow magically getting water from a drip system my realtor says doesn't exist. Her logic seems to be that because the previous owners told her a drip irrigation exists over the entire front yard, that they're obviously correct and it couldn't possibly be the case that she and the previous owners are incorrect and filled out the sale forms incorrectly. And of course (sarcastically) she has no motive that if she and the previous owners filled out the forms incorrectly then they have to make it right. And she seems unlikely to ever voluntarily make it right.

We were first time home buyers with no clue about how property market works. Luckily we got Luana's reference from our friend and from then on she was on our team.She's knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly she's honest. She answered all our questions, no matter how big or small. She gave us all the current, relevant info, stats and her opinion but ultimately left the decision on us. She never pushed or rushed us to make a decision.Whether it was submitting offers or finally closing the deal, she guided us well. She's fast, thorough and diligent with all the procedures and paperwork. It was a really positive experience, working with Luana. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking to buy a property.

Working with Luana on our house search was an amazing journey. She would always come prepared for any showings even if it was on short notice and would have all the information on her finger tips. She was always available for any phone call and long discussions too. She was always by our side. Luana is great in finding out information and keeping in constant touch with the seller agent. We were lucky to be in touch with Luana right from the beginning when we started our search for a house in San Ramon. She was very knowledgeable about the area. She always had a strategy throughout our search and when we finally liked a house we wanted - she was instrumental in getting us the best deal.
