Out of all the Labcorps in the San Ramon/Danville area, this location is the best. The front desk staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. The techs who draw your samples are very gentle and kind. The office is efficient and quick.

It should be known that this was not my first time here, but it was my first bad experience….my 80 year old mom was having trouble with the check in machine and no one would help her, so she left without taking her tests and came to get me…when we returned, she was asked to sign paperwork…having difficulty doing so the girl at the counter got frustrated and grabbed the unclean pen out of her hand and tossed it into the clean pen container…the girl drawing her blood was having trouble and my mom and I told her my mom can’t hear well…the girl said sometimes she mumbles and continued on mumbling, having to repeat herself several times…frustrated having to repeat herself so much she finally raised her voice in an impatient style…her manor of work was sloppy, and she seemed rushed…I was not impressed by a single employee there that day…I have, in the past, had pleasant experiences…but this day left a bad taste in my mouth

First time getting blood work done and honestly I was TERRIFIED. I'm terrified of needles. The lady who did it was really young, maybe early to mid 20s. I wish I had gotten her name to go back to her next time. when I told her I was scared and it was my first time and there was a good possibility of me getting dizzy and maybe passing out. She took me in the other room and laid me down and walked me thru the whole process. She asked if I wanted her to count down or just poke me. I told her to just poke me cause I may flinch. She got the vein the first time. She talked to me the whole time until she was done while I looked at the wall. When she was done she let me lay there for as long as I needed until I was ready to get up. Honestly, her doing it was less painful than a flu shot. Not to mention to check in process was really smooth. They took me right in. No waiting at all. 10/10 recommend. I WILL be going back here for future blood testing.

There are a couple of LabCorps in Danville. This location is on San Ramon Valley Road near Sycamore in a series of medical buildings. I've been going to this LabCorp for over ten years for all my bloodwork. There is a LabCorp located in Blackhawk Plaza in the same building as my primary Physician's office but I choose the San Ramon Valley Rd. Location because there is almost never a wait. All the phlebotomists have been great. They are fast at getting the blood samples painlessly and efficiently. When you go in there is a check in machine that scans your Drivers License for your info on file. Then your called to verify your doctor's lab order. From then on your assigned a room. The tech comes in, verifies your name and birthday. They ask which arm, finds a vein and fills up the different tubes, puts a band aid on and your on your way out. I've actually been in and out in 10 minutes.

I had to get blood work as part of a regular check and the entire process for LabCorp could not have been easier. I went online and found a convenient and early appointment just a few days ahead. I showed up about 5 minutes early and checked myself in at a kiosk using my drivers license. They had my insurance on file. I got called to come in right on time and was done within 5 -10 minutes. The staff could not have been any nicer.

Went to this location because I could stand staff at Blackhawk location and this had the highest of all LOW reviews for Labcorp. Was not expecting much but was VERY pleasantly surprised. Arrived just after 7am and only one other patient was there. Did kiosk check in. Appears two employees at that time a young man and a young woman. The first patient was in and out within 3 minutes of entering lab. The front desk man was very pleasant and helpful. The female tech was very quick and hit my vein the FIRST time and I have small veins! She was very pleasant and professional. Don't know if these guys are regular employees but IF LABCORP hopes to get out of the 1-star review range, they should keep these two employees and have them train the old tired, cranky employees who hate their job (and probably thier patients) Labcorp normally hires.

I would have given this 5 stars, but the waiting room is tiny and there are people standing and there is no privacy when you are talking to the person at the desk. I would give Linda, who took my blood, 5 stars. I have had issues with blood draws in the past and other lab corp employees at different locations have poked up to 3 times to try and find a vein. I have been left with major bruises on both arms. Linda was fabulous. Found the vein on the first try. No pain afterward and no bruising which is the first time that has happened.
