“We recently completed a whole kitchen remodel using Bay Area Cabinet Supply for our cabinets. I originally planned to reface our old cabinets or do IKEA cabinets with updated fronts from companies like Semihandmade, but ultimately found Bay Area Cabinet Supply to make more sense in terms of pricing, quality and time investment during the planning and design process.I walked through Bay Area Cab's Dublin showroom a few times to confirm they have cabinet styles and colors I liked, and the employees were very accommodating in letting me check out cabinet door samples to see in my actual kitchen. I'm so glad I did that, because the color we originally wanted ended up looking dingy in our northern facing kitchen. We went with their Icy Avalanche color, which is a cool toned grey, and have never loved anything more! The design and estimate process was simple and likely less time consuming than even wading through the IKEA kitchen designer yourself. Chrissy was patient, professional and very knowledgeable and made sure every detail was handled to perfection. She even hopped on the phone with our contractor a couple times to make sure every measurement was exactly correct.But her excellent customer service really came into play after our cabinets were delivered and we discovered an issue--due to a slant in our kitchen floors that weren't accounted for in our original measurements, our crown molding wouldn't fit! She and her sister, who heads their other branch, redesigned and supplied a new molding quickly so that our remodel wouldn't be too behind schedule. And if that wasn't enough, when my contractor mis-installed a drawer, Chrissy replaced the broken pieces for me immediately. For just the customer service level alone, I'm so glad I went with Bay Area Cabs. There are already so many small things that can go wrong in a kitchen remodel, and I was so glad to have the cabinets be headache-free! Finally, the quality of the cabinets is amazing. We've been in our new kitchen for about 6 months now and are happy to report that all our cabinets, drawers, shelves and doors are working perfectly. “Excellent work. Did a 3 to 4 day job in two days, prepped the house with plastic to protect our furniture, walls and carpets, and cleaned up after themselves, keeping our home clean. Documented the whole job with pictures, went above and beyond. Very professional high-quality work. Removed all of our old insulation and air ducts, clean, sanitized, and sealed everything off, installed new insulation and all new air ducts in attic and crawlspace, added an attic fan and cleaned out hvac unit. Awesome workers, respectful and helpful. Quality work, we noticed the difference instantly. Best upgrade we’ve made for our home.”

We had to come back several years later to replace a tile and the owner helped us find the tile even though we had no sample with us. He looked it up in the system and located it right away. “I recently updated our laundry room. One of the final touches was a quartz countertop for the sink cabinet. As the cabinet was only 42" my original plan was to have them use a leftover piece of quartz to fabricate the top to my measurements and install it myself. Eva was very helpful when I stopped by the showroom on two occasions. When the room was ready for the countertop I realized it would be much better to just buy a whole piece and let JQ do the measure and install. I am happy that I did! I had them use some of the leftover for a top on a wire shelving unit. The installer who came out did a stellar job. Very happy! IN 2018 JQ supplied cabinets and installed the countertops for a kitchen update that I did before selling my home. They are still doing quality work at affordable prices.”

I bought a small basket in Pleasant Hill HomeGoods and was trying to find a larger, matching one. I felt like it was an impossible mission because different HomeGoods stores don't always have matching items. Well, this HomeGoods in Moraga exceeded expectations! I found two different sizes baskets that matched with the original one! I was also amazed at how nice the people working there were, and how organized the store was. This HomeGoods is really large so they have a lot more options than the Pleasant Hill location. I will definitely make the long drive to come back here!”

“After a frustrating go with another cabinet company, Brad McCarthy swooped in and saved us. He took the time to come out to our house, and measure, as our previous measurements were off - he also personally oversaw our order and made sure everything was right. We had been through quite a bit of previous construction related issues, and Brad was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our process was stress free and successful. Brad answered our multitude of questions, and showed us as many samples, and work-ups as we needed. The plans were phenomenal - crystal clear, and really allowed us to envision what we were getting. He was also very respectful of our budget and did not push us to go over budget at all. He kept us up-to-date regularly and was upfront about what the timeline was in light of all the supply chain issues at the time. We ended up with GORGEOUS cabinets in our fabulous kitchen. The installer he recommended was also great, very professional, and did a wonderful job. We are so happy with our cabinets. Hat's off to Brad and The Cabinet Center.”
