Great customer service! Have an older spring free trampoline (great product!) which has held up for over 10 years outside and through a move but it was time for a new mat and they we’re able to help me get it replaced. Thankful ??

Truly amazing service in getting us same day delivery on a trampoline - the woman on the phone was so helpful and the installers were fast and professional. My only complaint is the unexpected $100 service fee from the payment processing software.

We have been wanting a play structure for.quite some time. Kidz Backyard was the only place locally that we could actually see, touch, test out their products. Working with Morgan and the showroom was awesome. My son had a blast trying it all out. When we decided to purchase, Danielle was so helpful. He communication over the phone and even via text was helpful and consistent. We had the structure installed less than 2 weeks afyer purchase. The installers were great. It was completed in the early afternoon and they were very thorough. Even after it was installed I had a question about one of the pieces. I called and talked to Danielle. She asked me to send pics and she sent a picture back helping me understand how the piece could work effectively. Highly recommend!

Kidz Backyard did a great job of taking down our large backyard play structure that we have had up for over 10 years. They were very professional and efficient!! We would definitely recommend them to others!!!

I had a bad experience asking kidz backyard to conduct a bolt tighten service . When I booked the service, on the phone I asked them to also cut off the extra chains hanging from our swing set. When I booked the service I was told that the could cut off the extra chain hanging down when they arrived for the service. When they arrived to do the service they said they were unable to cut the extra chain. I am not satisfied that after telling me they could do this service of cutting off the extra chain while coming to tighten bolts they ended up not doing this and still charged me full price - $350 for 10 minutes of work.
