This store exceeds all expectations! The staff are so friendly and helpful, they really care about your pets and all animals in general. Many volunteer outside of work helping foster animals and ensure stray cats are fixed to control the population. Rachel and Lydia are the best!!!

I had a great experience at Pet Food Express in Danville. Kathy is an employee at this store and went above and beyond with her customer service. She spent extended time assisting me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Great Service! I will be back thanks to Kathy.
