The employees at this store are amazing! I have been going to them for many years and they always have given me the best advise. Rachel and Lydia were incredible helpful today with yet another question about one of my dogs. Thank you for hiring quality and knowledgeable employees.

This store is simply Amazing. Every time I visit this store I feel very comfortable with my shopping experience . Very knowledgeable and considerate staff. A special mention to Rachel . She takes the time to listen to my questions and provides all the options available for me to choose from . Such a wonderful staff . Even at the end of the workday they exhibit so much of energy and willingness to help. THANK YOU.

After researching online this a.m. for hours looking for better dog food, (nutritionally & cost effective), I decided to see what I could find locally without shipping, and all the online gimmicks. I started at Pet Food Express and did not have to go any further. The girls working there were amazing! I've gone to so many pet stores in the past 10 years, fancy ones included, and I've never found the staff to be as knowledgeable as Lydia, Lisa and Rachel were. They were so informative, helpful and patient! Especially considering that I wasn't the only one in the store. Needless to say, I'm quite excited abt my purchases and know that my fur-babies are definitely going benefit from this visit!

I love the dog wash feature at Pet Food Expresses. I've washed my pup in Walnut Creek, Lafayette, downtown Danville, and the Blackhawk location. I've always had a positive experience, but this was my best wash yet! The shampoo water (Settings 1-3) was super sudsy! I loved it - I felt like there was sufficient shampoo in the liquid. I plan to go back!

Went here yesterday to buy a probiotic for my dog. I was greeted at the door with a hello, one of the associates helped me find the r best probation for him and she was incredibly knowledgeable. I was out the door and on with the day. Cannot recommend this store and it's friendly staff enough.

I could have sworn I already wrote a review, but I don't see it so here goes. Rachel, Lisa, and really the entire staff at this location, are simply amazing. Everyone here is knowledgeable, friendly, warm, and caring. This location, and the dog park, are the only places where my dog whines everytime I drive past. The prices are pretty good, but it's the people that keep me coming back.

I have shopped here for 6 years!! The employees are extremely helpful and know what to recommend. I have a 95 lb English labrador who destroyed EVER plush toy. Rachel knows Bodie and recommended the blue koi fish. Bodie still has it!! It's intact and a favorite to carry around the house. She suggested colligen bones, another hit!!! I recently met Lydia!! She's great, very knowledgeable and helpful. No need to shop anywhere else. Thank you ladies, we appreciate you!!

I just wanted to say that Lydia is the best!!! We usually go to the store in Danville because it's just off the freeway, but every time I remember to come to this location I am impressed with how great the service is and how friendly and helpful Lydia is. Thanks!

Awesome store. Extremely friendly and to top it off extremely caring to the pets. Today, I saw them save a pet that ran onto the road and the staff: Lydia, Lisa, Rachel and Bridget jumped in along with a couple of customers and a police officer swung into action to ensure the dog was safe!! Well done folks!!
