When my husband and I needed a real estate agent to sell our house in Dublin we decided to contact Jason, who was highly recommended by a friend of ours. We are so happy we contacted him. Throughout the whole process Jason was amazing - he was on top of things keeping us updated every step of the way. His patience and knowledge helped us deal with an unforeseen delay from the buyer's side and get us back on track as quickly as possible. He went above and beyond with the services he provided. Being on the other side of the country, I needed a reliable realtor to be my representative on site. Jason and I teamed up to handle a number of challenges, such as getting contractors to do work on the property and dealing with curve balls delivered from the HOA. I highly recommend Jason for anyone needing a reliable, knowledgeable and resourceful realtor.

Selling our first home and buying a new home was a huge decision for our family. Jason's guidance and expertise helped alleviated much of the stress that accompanies such choices. He took the time to explain our options with regards to selling now vs. waiting. At no time did I feel pressure from him to get my house on the market, nor did we feel pressure to purchase any specific house. Thanks Jason! If you're looking for an Agent with superior knowledge of Bay Area, you've found him. Jason helped us sell our existing home and find our new dream home. During our first meeting he came very well prepared with information on our home, the current market and helped us formulate a plan. He also patiently listened to our 1001 questions. We knew by the end of that meeting that he was our guy. After listening to what we were looking for in our new home, he suggested multiple neighborhoods we didn't even know existed. In the end we sold our home and ended up in a beautiful neighborhood we initially didn't even consider. Thanks Jason!

Jason is always one of the top agents in Remax on a national basis, so he does a lot of transactions which means he has a lot of experience and has his hand on the pulse of the market. Jason helped me purchase my first home in Pleasanton, CA. I am a veteran of the armed forces and was using VA financing. Jason was very knowledgeable about all the documentation I needed to make the process go smoothly. He set me up with a VA approved lender who was also well versed in the process of a VA loan. After helping me select the house, Jason worked closely with the selling agent to make sure all the prerequisites set by the VA were met. As this is my first home, I will be looking to upgrade in a few years. I will definately return for Jason's help when that time comes. It's that time again. And sure enough I called Jason. He sold my condo and got me a great price with very little hassle. After the sale he was able to find an excellent house for me in Livermore that had everything I wanted. Once again I used VA financing and it was not an issue like I hear it can be. Every time I hear friends or co-workers saying they just bought a home and it was the worst nightmare of their lives I just look at them like they are crazy because I haven't seen anything like that. And I am confident that is in no small part due to Jason and his extensive experience as a realtor.

Jason helped sell our home in San Ramon area. He is a great guy to work with, he patiently listens and understands your needs. He was very knowledgable of the area , have good contacts for repair and staging work and they all did a good job in a timely manner. We had a challenging situation with our buyer and he worked hard to get that closed. He takes personal interest in bringing up the beauty of the home, he watered our plants during the time of sale and kept the home and yard cleaner. He works around your time and needs. I would definitely recommend Jason if you are planning to sell your home in Old San Ramon neighborhood.

If I could give Jason 10 stars,I would because he is that good. I decided to interview him based on Yelp reviews and am so glad I did. He is professional, energetic, personable and enthusiastic - and he knows how to get things done. I gave Jason 3 days to get my house staged, get photos and have it on the brokers tour. I didn't think it was possible but I asked anyway - and Jason did it all. He had 2 open houses the first weekend - keep in mind that's less than one week after the house was ready - and he had record numbers of people come through the house each day. His pricing was just right - it brought in multiple offers - in fact, a LOT of offers - and all but one was way over the list price. The house sold for a record price for the neighborhood and I believe Jason had a lot to do with it. When there was a problem with the buyers' financing (even though they had been pre-approved), Jason held it together by talking with the buyers' agent, following up with the lender, and talking me off the ledge when I was ready to kill the deal. I've bought and sold multiple homes and Jason is far and away the best agent I've ever worked with!

Ditto what the other reviewers wrote. My wife and I worked with Jason to buy our new home in Danville and it was a wonderful home buying experience. We were new to the area and Jason's experience and expertise were invaluable to our home purchase. Jason was very honest, super timely, always professional, and helped us out tremendously with his insights on the various houses and neighborhoods. The proof is in the pudding, we have found our dream home and Jason was a big part of that!
