Not only did she help me with the paperwork, but she completely got me set up with a new account, consolidating the old accounts and avoiding having to deal with a centralized estates/deceased division. “This is probably my favorite bank in the area at the moment, pleasant and quick! My teller was yeganeh jalali and she was very very kind! Most tellers can't even start a basic convo with its customers, she happened to not only do that but brighten my whole mood up... “Wow what a pleasant experience at a bank not only was a I greeted when I came in by the lady I didn't know would later help me but she stood up made eye contact and greeted me her name is Jenea she has the coolest hair in the building also it's Red I went to the teller Kiana and she directed me to her. Kiana was super nice also very friendly and maintained eye contact which in this world seems to be fleeting fast. I had a widddddle overdraft issue Jenea offered to look at it for me wow boy I didn't even know she ended up finding something else I needed help with she just saved me I won't say how much but someone should get her a gift card or free lunch manager don't be cheap she's a great addition to your branch. A friendly smile and a calm voice very knowledgeable. I will deal with Jenea going forward strictly thank you. It's not easy to be treated fair as a African American male in Danville Ca often but this was easy”
“I recently took out another commercial loan with Chase Bank and had great difficulty with their call center on some minor details. Needless to say I was very displeased and utterly frustrated. I decided it would be best to visit the Chase branch near my house to take care of the issues . While there I was lucky enough to have the branch manager Michael Beauchamp take care of the problem for me. Thanks again Michael, you were a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this branch for banking needs.”

In all my years have never been treated so sincere from a bank.”
