This is the first time I used "Ship Sticks" to ship golf clubs. Katie was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me deal with an unfamiliar situation and answered whatever questions I had. She is an example of fine customer service!

I walked into the Danville location hoping to find some help printing large poster boards, pamphlets, and photos for my Dad's special Church service - and Jose Martinez went above and beyond to exceed all our expectations. The entire experience was prompt, professional, pleasant, and much easier than past visits to other printing shops. Thank you Jose for making this project as painless as possible, delivering on time, and helping us stay within a reasonable budget. Our Church service was successful and we can't thank you enough for all your help. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location of FedEx Office to everyone!!

This store constantly closes earlier than advertised. Today I walked in with packages before close and they turned me away and said I was trespassing. Would recommend going anywhere else where folks do they job they are paid to do.

So unprofessional,rude employee. I believe his named was Deshaun. I am wondering why FedEx does not provide customer service training to their employees specially when they are having revenue shortfalls.Shouldn't Fedex step up their customer service in this global volume softness!I

I went in a long time ago now, about a year now, and needed some help. I was trying to make cards for a wedding party, and I needed a lot of them. I believe it was Sal who helped me the most although the whole team did. Not only did they help me get them set up on nice paper, they got them up finished and CUT within an hour and a half. This is a job that should’ve taken at least a day. It was so amazing and they were all so nice and helpful, I wanted to write this earlier on fedex but I think you need the receipt for that and I lost it unfortunately. But I still remember how nice it was so I wanted to leave a review here so Sal knows how much he is appreciated!

One of the better FedEx you can run into! I found the staff here are more sufficient and knowledge with printing products. TOM is kind, helpful, and knowledge in helping with guidance on different types of printing jobs. Tom is patient and he is very efficient with the job you submit here.

Went to buy highlighters the kid at the register never acknowledged i was even there. Said a smart comment under his breath and when I asked him what he said, he replied by saying he was talking to himself. Asked for the manager she didn't seem to care at all about the situation at hand.

Worst experience ever. 0 stars. Waited for almost an hour and they still couldnt print my shipping label. Avoid at all costs.

The staff completely rips you off and over charges for their work. They won't give you a proper quote ahead of time. They charged me priority even though I placed the order 22 hours in advance. The customer service by the employee name Tom was terrible.

Honestly, this has been the NICEST fedex or post office I’ve ever been to in recent memory. All the employees were super friendly, and I felt really taken care of for sure!

I came in to print some things for school, Sal was absolutely amazing and SO helpful. I had no idea what I was doing and he helped me and took so much time making sure everything was perfect. I will always come to this store!
