I couldn't be more impressed with the service from martinizing dry cleaners ! Their pickup and delivery option makes it incredibly convenient, especially with my busy schedule. They handle my clothes with such care - everything comes back spotless, perfectly pressed, and smelling fresh. The team is always professional, friendly, and on time, which is a huge plus. 5 months ago my pink leather jacket was returned to me but had been dyed beige rather than pink, even though the lining is pink. They said they would send it back to the leather cleaners to be redyed (I didn't know that they sent leathers to another cleaner). 2 months later the owner called and said that they couldn't redye it and they would order and purchase another pink jacket for me at no charge. I haven't heard from the cleaners so I called and left a message for the owner to return my call with updated info on my jacket. He has not returned my call!!!

My first time using Martinez Dry Cleaners since my long-time local cleaners closed down. I brought my favorite blazers to be cleaned and I am 100% happy with how they turned out. The stains I pointed out (neck & pockets) were completely spotless & the blazers looked fresh & neatly pressed. Delivery was perfect, too. I don't have dry-cleaning orders very often, but I will definitely be a return customer in the future. Great job!

Not a place to take men's shirts. If you want a white dress shirt cleaned they will call it a "men's blouse" and dry clean it. Ridiculous.

I just used Martinizing laundry service on Heartz and they are FANTASTIC!! My household got overrun with laundry the last couple weeks and Bob & team came to the rescue!! They picked up many, many bags of laundry from my porch and delivered it all clean and folded in 48 hrs! I can't say enough about this friendly, amazing and professional team! If you've got laundry don't wait, call them!

Amazing service every single time! Their app is super convenient to schedule a pick up. Laundry is always fresh and clean. We've also used them before when we were waiting for a new washer/dryer and they did such a great job washing and folding all our clothes. Will continue using them!

I've been going to Martinizing Dry Cleaners in Danville since 2013 after moving to the East Bay. I would say HANDS DOWN they are the best cleaners I've worked with, and well priced for the exceptional service they deliver. I've used other cleaners on the peninsula previously, and prior in the Newport area of SoCal, that would be considered premier cleaners, and Bob and his team at Martinizing are best in my book. Highly recommend them, and Thank You Martinizing for the quality service you deliver.

I've been going to Martinizing for years for dry cleaning services. Just recently I stopped by to see if they do alterations and to my pleasant surprise, I learned that indeed they do. I mistakenly requested a Thursday drop off and when I realized I needed it earlier, the staff and Bob (the owner!) bent over backwards to make sure I received it in time! Bob came to my home and personally dropped it off. I can't thank him enough. Beyond amazing customer service. Thank you Bob and team!

My experience was not god at all. My sweater was returned to me not cleaned at all. It still has dirt particles on it (not a hard stain that could not be removed), some hair at turtleneck area, so they just did nothing, never clean it in any way, charged me $30 dollars, and never came back to me after my complaint. Update: nobody came back to me after I emailed my claim personally.

How I wish I could get this level of superb, consistent service from other companies. Orders are picked up on time, my clothes come back pristine and cared for and alterations have been perfect. Above all, Bob makes the process so easy for us. He follows through on special instructions, is very considerate and a joy to work with. Terrific service, terrific work!

Martinizing is our go-to for Dry Cleaning and hemming/alterations. They've always done a great job, whether it's cleaning bed comforters, getting a stubborn stain off of clothing, or removing 6 inches from a pair of pants so my hobbity self has something to wear. We've always gotten our items back on time (or early), and Margarite is always extremely helpful and cheerful!
