Worst experience ever. My dog started limping once we got home. I didn’t know what happened. I called the business and they couldn’t tell me but eventually found a deep cut in the paw and the owner denied doing anything that hurt my dog. My dog wasn’t able to walk for 3 days. The paw was so raw that I had to keep it from getting infected. I asked for a refund and if course they didn’t refund me. Do not go to this business. Cannot believe they are still in business!

The place kinda hiding, drove around 3-4 times before I found it, but the lady supper kind and friendly, but the place closed on Monday it's kind inconvenient for me.

So happy to find a local cat groomer! The owner is kind and caring and really put a lot of effort into giving my matted cat a lion cut. Her rates are very fair. The shop is cute and well cared for with an established clientele. I will absolutely trust her with my cat again!

We had requested our tabby cat to be trimmed. See picture before he got trimmed. When we brought him home we were disappointed that the trim was closer to a "buzz" cut you would get in the military. See second picture below. Now the cat looks more like a Siamese cat than a Tabby cat. Completely unsatisfied. Danielle shelf not have "buzz" cut our cat.

Being new to the area we didn't know where to take our little Bichon, Frankie for his grooming. Happy to say he turned out beautiful and we were so pleased with the service. This will be our regular groomer from now on ?

When I took my dog here about 1 year ago, I loved it. Since then it appears they have gone thru several employees and I have felt that the last three times she was groomed it was from a beginner. The cuts were horrible, excuses were made for not cleaning her ears and her nails were sharp. The price is also quite high for what you get. I last paid $150 for a $25 cut. I referred a family member who took his dog several times and he felt the exact same... I won't be back.

I was bringing my dogs here until we moved a few hours away, it was a sad change! Jane is attentive and great with customers and whitney is an awesome groomer. my dogs actually loved coming here. With their last groomers, they refused to step foot in the door. The shop itself is very clean and doesn't have a urine odor like a lot of places do. I am a clean freak so really appreciated that! I would recommend them

I have been taking my dogs here since they were in Alamo, love it even more that they are in Danville now. They are great with animals, and do a wonderful job without gouging your pocket book. I would highly recommend them
