Our hardwood flooring project just wrapped up this week. We had 4 different companies come to our home to bid the job, and choosing Diablo Flooring was a no-brainer. We were by no means looking for the lowest bidder- we will pay top dollar for the quality and service we want. No other company was as thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with as the folks at Diablo Flooring. Dave came out to measure and took his time writing and drawing every detail. He sent our proposal to us promptly and we proceeded with our project. Other companies' bids were much less, or much higher than theirs- we were surprised at the range. They worked with us when we needed to postpone the install date, and really came through when there were other snags with our project. The install team was here early every day, they worked their butts off with sometimes up to 5 guys here. They were very conscientious of our newly painted walls, and all of our belongings. We are very impressed with the entire staff at Diablo Flooring and would highly recommend them for any project in your home. Most of all, we absolutely love our floors and how beautifully they were done. Thank you!!

Thinking of remodeling our home so stopped by to get inspiration. The owner was incredibly helpful and patient with our many questions. You can tell he has years of experience and strives for excellence. Will be back if we move forward with the remodel.

This is the 2nd time we've used Diablo Flooring and we will continue to be long term customers. We've used the for whole house carpet. Their service and communication is outstanding. They are prompt and stand by their work. We've found their prices to be a great value for the quality, as well. Highly recommend!

Exceptionally rude over the phone. I asked how to provide information for a ballpark quote and rather than talk me through the process, Roy spouted off "well I don't know if it's self-leveling, if there are stairs, etc". I asked if I could provide more info about the job to get a general idea of pricing or if they needed to come on site for a quote and he flippantly answered "$5/foot". Unbelievable.

Loved our experience at Diablo with Dave and the crew! I wanted to support small business, but Dave and his team went above and beyond. He knew exactly what type of carpet we'd need (we have a baby and dog) and we locked down the suggestion in minutes. Our dog got sick on our carpet after installation and after cleaning, you would never know. It was 100% the right choice for us. Great service and great product at a good price. Would recommend!

We hired Diablo Flooring based on their overwhelming 5 star yelp reviews and we can say confidently that we don’t regret our decision! The quality of their work and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Dave was so kind and patient in helping us decide on the right carpet for our second floor. He was readily available and ensured it was a smooth process. The men who did the install were amazing! They worked efficiently & got the job done in two days! They were helpful in moving heavy furniture & reinstalling items as well! I appreciated their attention to detail and leaving the house free of debris and dust afterwards. I would hire Diablo flooring again & recommend them to anyone who is looking for exceptional service! ?

Diablo Flooring is a welcoming showroom of hardwood and carpet options. They showcase the best, high quality lines with options that can fit every budget. I worked specifically with Lisa, who patiently answered all of my questions. She offered sound advice as I knew very little going inn I came out knowledgeable and returned many times prior to making our selection. I was able to check out large format samples to see how they worked in the light of our home. I definitely recommend!

They recently installed LVP in our kitchen/family room and we absolutely love it. They have a huge selection to chose from and their installers are knowledgeable, professional and very hard working. They've also installed carpet and engineered wood floors for us too. You won't be disappointed with Diablo Flooring.

We received exceptional customer service throughout our experience with Diablo Flooring. Upon entering their store, Dave and his team welcomed us to explore their vast selection of carpets. We expressed interest in a particular style and pattern, and they promptly presented us with options that matched our specifications. We hired Diablo Flooring to install our wood floors 4 years ago and they did an excellent job. The installers were professional and on time!We finally decided to replace our carpeting upstairs and contacted Diablo Flooring again. To say we are pleased would be an understatement. They were on time and worked tirelessly for all three days of installation. Their help with moving the furniture was amazing-they got it done so quickly! Salome did such a great job with the Hollywood style stairs. Thank him again for us! It really is the focal point of the house.The carpet looks wonderful and we are so pleased!

When we first started looking for someone to install wood floors, we went to several large flooring stores and came away shaking our heads. There was practically no help choosing between products or matching colors. However, we had the opposite experience with Diablo Flooring. We went in and they stepped us through the various products and help us match our color schemes. They even had free samples we took home to make sure we liked what we picked out in the store. Since they also install the floors, the process was seamless. They scheduled a time, showed up on time and finished when they said they would even though they had to do some unanticipated floor leveling. And the best part is the floors look great. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need any additional flooring.

Our experience with Diablo Flooring has been exceptional! From the moment we walked into the showroom to the completion of our project, everything exceeded our expectation. On our first visit, we worked personally with the president and co-owner of the company, Brian. He greeted us and helped us with our flooring selection, allowing us time to carefully make selections and take samples home. The other co-owner David was an integral part of the process as well. They and their competent team kept us informed every step of the way. Our installation team, Brent and Ricardo were outstanding! Their working relationship was excellent, as they coordinated the job in a cohesive, efficient, detailed, cordial way. They are skilled artisans who were creative and able to work with the architectural obstacles in our home of curved walls, sunken living room and cabinetry. We had great confidence in them, and the beautiful outcome exceeded our expectation. We are enjoying the floors tremendously and compliment the expertise of Brent and Ricardo to all our friends. They even vacuumed and mopped our new floors for the final presentation. We are grateful for the entire experience. Thank you Diablo Flooring and the installation team of Brent and Ricardo!

We were in need of a reinstall of carpeting for our stairway and upstairs hallways. We couldn't be more happy with assistance we received from David Formhals out of their Danville facilities. He was very help helpful in suggesting a carpeting for our needs. Because of a previous bad experience with another vendor we voiced our concerns over the quality of installation and asked him about his installation crew. My wife asked him if they were good. He said no, hesitated a minute and said they are better than good. He was 100% right. If you are looking for a great experience with a very satisfactory outcome, you can't go wrong with Diablo Flooring and with Dave Formhalds.
