After a bad experience by a previous groomer, I loved the cut my Shihtzu got at Auntie M's. She is super fluffy and i love that they don't keep them caged!

I've been taking my doodle to Michelle (the owner) and the Paw Spa since she was a puppy. I've always been so happy with the results and you will not find a more conscientious, caring business owner and groomer. When I pick up my doodle she is always beautiful, smells great and looks amazing.

I have been bringing my medium golden doodle to Auntie M's Paw Spa since he was just a puppy. They have always done an amazing job with his grooming and left him smelling and looking wonderful ! He loves all the groomers and playing with all the dogs. The staff always goes above and beyond with the service.

Hit or miss every time I send my dog there. With one miss and one hit, I thought my dog would come back looking good (the first time maybe we didn't explain well enough). Nope, the groomer butchered my terrier's cut. Never going back again. And they can't get the most basic information about the dog right nor do they write down correctly what you booked them for. My dog even looks miserable with his cut!

I have a Bichon poodle mix who's a senior and is blind so I was very nervous about trying a new place out. After lots of research, Aunty M's had the best reviews so I had to try at least once. I'm so glad I came here and ended up getting their maintenance package for Rocky! They are the expert groomers especially with high maintenance dogs. They also understand that older dogs need time and breaks so they let Rocky hang out in a bed by the front desk in between. I live 30 mins away but this is worth it!Their maintenance package includes two groomings and two "fluff and puffs" which are all spread out by 3 weeks so your pup is always in good shape. Highly recommend!

First and last time customer. I painstakingly and clearly explained to the actual groomer (Marissa I think) that I wanted a summer cut - as short as possible. As soon as I started explaining this, the obstinate and self-righteous owner Michiele chimed in and began pushing back, along the lines of "I'm Auntie M and I've been doing this 30 years and summer cuts are not good blah blah blah." In other words, "nevermind what you want, you're getting THIS!" Nevermind a fleece coat as it's starting to hit 90 degrees outside. It seems that if you have any kind of doodle then she assumes she knows more about what you want than what you just clearly told her to her face. I knew then and there it was a 85%+ chance I was basically going to be paying $125 for a completely insufficient cut with shampoo and brush. They did a very nice brush job, but they IGNORED the haircut guidance COMPLETELY. I'm sure the actual groomer would have appreciated a $30 tip, but they are apparently disempowered and overridden by their employer. When I saw the results, I immediately thought to myself "Yep, NOPE... $0 tip!" When we got our dog back after 9 hours, it was as feared... barely more than a token cut w/shampoo and brush. And she was panting (still was a half hour later ) because she was hot. It was 6:15 and they close at 6:30. In some areas, especially the ears, it looked like they somehow ADDED hair. What was I going to do? Not pay and try to walk out with my dog? Ask them to fix it when I've got to go home and make dinner? No, I just walked away, took the sunk cost, paid Auntie M's for their F performance, and immediately re-booked with a groomer who will listen.

So patient with my special dogs and know their quirks. Normally my dog will not go in anywhere with floors, especially anything dogs. She happily walks into Auntie M's with no bribing or pressure.

This was our first time using Auntie M's. We went there based on a referral of our friends, Lovey, the white Bichon Frishe'. Our dog Coco is a mixed breed. When they were done with him he looked like pure bred.
