“Patelco is the best Credit Union and personal bank you can find! They do an excellent job of protecting your digital transactions. Best customer experience of any bank I've used in the past 30 years. They also have a top notch fraud investigating team. I recent had my card number stole while shopping at a small SF retail shop. Her name is Robin Mac Donald.I was targeted by a scammer who had access to my bank account, was taking money out in a fraudulent way when I found out that these people were not legit. “I've had nothing but great service with this branch. My account was hacked - not due their fault - and they were able to get me hooked up with a new account that same day. Everything went very smoothly. My ONLY issue is their hours. Anytime I want to go into the office, I have to take an hour from work. I wish they would have at least one day a week where they were open until 5 pm. Maybe adjust their hours to be from 10 am - 5 pm. That would be very helpful.”
“This bank is very confusing and hard to deal with. The phone greeting is a computer generated voice who tries to act like he enters data with fake key board noise it is hard to get directed to a real person. I understand this is how all companies are going but theirs seems more difficult to deal with.The bank just needs to make customer service more simple.”

“When you have to walk into a bank and sit down to discuss your finances, it can be very intimidating and embarrassing. As a married couple looking into homebuying for the first time, we were very hesitant about talking to a financial institution out of concern for being sold on something that wasn't reasonable for our finances or lifestyle.
