Disgusted and appalled by the "customer service" provided to myself and my fiance by employee at membership desk who refused to give her name and manager "Megan" who refused to provide her last name. I have Costco membership for years - all we wanted today is to make a membership card for my fiance, i.e. pay $40, have picture taken, card printed, and go on with our lives. For good 30 minutes instead of making a membership card these two ladies were coming up with numerous excuses, promotions, advise, and helpful recommendations for "saving us money," demanding to create accounts, download coupons, register for promotional e-mails, in the end claiming that we must give them a credit card to keep on file as a condition of Costco membership - the latter is outright lie, as I never had to provide a credit card in all years having and extending Costco membership. Not sure if ladies were having fun, enjoying assertion of their authority, or was their mission to drive away older people speaking with accent, but the whole experience was quite revolting.

I’ve been shopping at this Costco for years. Very clean and organized. Most of the workers here are really helpful and professional. One man today helped me out, and I was so touched by his sweetness, humility, and kind nature - I was at the checkout line with my box of pastries - he said they were buy one, get one free. Then he tells me to sit tight, and he runs all the way to the back of the store and brings another box of pastries for me…had to snap a photo of him (cropped out his face for privacy) and give him a shoutout! Thank you, Craig! You are so awesome! ?

Today was a stressful day for me but 2 ladies at customer service , Sunita and Angela and their manager ( sorry I didn’t get his name). Made it all the better. They had a ton of patience with me and worked as a wonderful team to help me return a cartful of various items. Just want to say thank you!!!

I wish Google had a zero star policy because this Costco deserves less than zero. Today my wife and two children went to Costco to buy things. My 4-year-old daughter picks up a toy to play with it. A Costco associate name Kerry approached her aggressively, yelled at her and snatched the toy away from her, made her cry and panicked. This is not the way you damn associates behave and act with children. My wife reports that my daughter was shaking and crying. If this Kerry or any other stupid persons like her wouldn’t want to work here, go find themselves a better place to work. We pay you to work here. The managers in this branch should take these events seriously, discipline such a damn stupid worker and teach her to behave respectfully as human being, not as wild animal.

It's costco what's to say i5s easy to find parking Mos of the time but the staff can get a little abrupt other than that it's very neutral food court is pretty good only a 1.50 for a jubo dog and drink

After a disappointing encounter at another Costco, my visit to the Costco in Danville was a complete turnaround and rejuvenated my appreciation for the Costco brand. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the difference in customer service was immediately evident.
Despite having forgotten my membership card, the staff at Danville handled the situation with grace and efficiency. They quickly verified my identity and provided a temporary pass with a friendly demeanor, ensuring that my shopping experience was seamless and positive.
