I have had many great experiences working with Corporate Couture. They always deliver, even when we have some pretty tricky requests. Vanessa is amazing to work with, she has great ideas and makes the process easy. We are currently working with them again for our holiday gifts and can't wait to see what they deliver!

TL;DR - Super slow--order your stuff 2+ months in advance and wait until they're ready to ship before collecting addresses of your recipients, in case people move. ----- I was really excited about partnering with Corporate Couture at first. They sent over a nice slide deck with options for swag for my team. Unfortunately that was the peak high of my partnership with them. As Jessica W. mentioned in her review -- yes, they are incredibly slow at responding to emails. I'd send over a few questions at a time to get all the info I needed before placing an order, and they would take 2-3 days to respond and not even answer all of my questions. Occasionally they would have a quick response (same or next day), but that happened rarely. Other things that could have been better: 1) PRODUCTION PROCESS: Now that we're all working from home, each member of my team will be getting their swag box delivered directly to their home. Corp Couture asked to collect each person's address before ordering and starting production of everything. This was a HUGE problem because we collected addresses in August and people didn't get their boxes until October. A handful of folks moved addresses in between. We all thought we'd get our swag boxes just a couple of weeks after submitting our addresses, but instead we got them 2 months later. What Corp Couture SHOULD have done was order everything, design everything, and then later ask for our addresses to send so they can be as up-to-date as possible. I'm upset that they didn't consider this. 2) PRODUCTION DELAYS: They notified me that once they placed the order, they'd expect to be done designing and packing everything to be ready to ship in 3 weeks. However, nothing got shipped until 18 days AFTER this estimated date, pretty much double the time they said that it would happen. Very, very disappointing. They didn't update me on the process either; I had to keep emailing to ask for updates. 3) DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR INVOICE: They were about to charge me for the extra units I ordered for future new teammates, without giving them to me. They said "Oh we were going to ask you if you wanted us to ship it to you or just keep it at our warehouse for whenever you're ready." This was after all the units were delivered, so I'm not sure they ever intended to ask. Also, they claimed they ran out of some items so I'd have to order more if I wanted extra, and I had to point out that I ordered extra as indicated on this invoice so you should have them. Geez. 4) CHANGE OF SALES REP: My original sales rep left the company soon after everything was delivered. I understand that anyone can expect kinks after transferring accounts, however the new sales rep seemed to have none of the prior info that my previous sales rep and I communicated to each other. She asked several times about how I wanted to proceed with payment after 1) I already discussed this with my previous rep and 2) I already answered her when she asked the first time and she asked again a couple of days later. She was also even worse with communication -- sometimes taking 3-5 days to respond to my emails. In the middle of all this, I had started another swag order for another team, however I got so fed up with them that I cancelled everything and decided to go with another vendor for it.

I have gone to them for all of my corporate couture needs (haha) Seriously though - I have gone to them whenever my company needs any kind of outfit or item to wear. The swag is reasonably priced, and they are very efficient to send it over. I am extremely grateful for this company and they haven't let me down. I know they work with many people at Google and partner with them, so I am extremely impressed with their work. Thank you for the awesome couture. I love it and I love everything that you do. You have amazing customer service, you work super hard, and your diligent about getting things done. Thank you!!! I highly recommend everyone to use their services. Support small business in this time, and know that you are supporting the best business with them.

Stars are for the good quality of the products. However, customer service was disappointing and we didn't receive half our shipment in time for the party where we'd planned to give out the items. Twice, we were handed off to new representatives with no warning--I find it rude and unprofessional to do that without giving your client a heads-up. Also, the first proof we received had some other team's logo on it, and there was a delay of two days before they responded to me about it. I might consider using them again but only if we have tons of lead time AND (unlikely) if I feel like I can brave their eyeroll-inspiring service.
