Had an amazing experience with A J Boucher. He resolved a lot of my ongoing banking issues and also helped me secure my account. I can't believe all the issues I've had since opening my account online just 2 weeks ago.Just find another bank. Do yourself a favor and find another bank.38 minutes on hold trying to remove a fraud hold from my account.I literally just activated my debit card

The Banker Kathy R (I don't remember the complete last name. lol) and the Tellers are very nice. They are always welcoming and smiling and available to help. My husband and I both agree that we usually only see 2 tellers and Kathy. I just would have thought more people be available to assist. We rarely ever see the manager around.

I got a promotion from Citibank via mail and came in to get more information. Kathy was super nice, friendly, and helpful. She gave me all of the information I needed and told me she would be happy to work with me but didn't push me to sign up right there. I make up my mind better if I am given space to analyze the information and that was exactly what Kathy gave me. I came back a few days later to sign up and got one of the most wonderful services from Kathy. She also helped to set up my online banking and ordered checks. She was pleasant to work with. The icing on the cake was that her new manager is the wonderful manager I worked with from Chase, Vitaliy. It turns out he took a new opportunity with Citibank. Good for him and great news for me and customers at Citibank. I received a few followed up phone calls from Kathy to see if there's anything she can do for me. How nice... Based on my experience with Kathy and see how nice the bonus Citibank offers for new customer, I will introduce this bank to my fiancé. The interest rate of Citibank is higher than BOA and Chase. I might close those 2 banks and keep Citibank in the near future. Thanks for the warm welcome and great customer services, Kathy and Vataliy.
