Chico’s is my go to store! It’s my absolute favorite! I went to a fashion show a couple of weeks ago and Chico’s was modeling their clothes. I went last year also because it was Chico’s clothes. After the show last year I drove straight to Chico’s in Lafayette. This year the clothes were Chico’s in Danville. I had made a list during the fashion show. I went to Danville a few days later and was able to pick up everything I wanted from my list including earrings to match my outfits! Chico’s is my favorite and only place I shop. Everyone at both stores were so helpful. Didn’t rush me and brought different sizes when I needed them. Go to Chico’s. It’s the best and the quality is wonderful. It’s worth the price you pay!!

This review is not for Chico's clothes, but for one of its salespeople. I purchased a blouse on December 18 in store, and it was on sale for 30% off. After Christmas, the price was reduced even more. I went to the store on December 27 with my receipt and price tag to ask about a price adjustment. I was well within their 14 day price adjustment period. The person who helped me was the same person who sold me the blouse on December 18. She was super helpful both times. I asked her about the price adjustment. She didn't see the blouse in the store, so I pointed it out to her. She stated she didn't think it was on sale. I showed her Chico's website on my phone with the reduced price. She started to process the adjustment when another employee, maybe a team leader, started to chime in by saying she just sold the same blouse this morning, and it wasn't on sale. I said that customer was overcharged. I showed her my phone, and she said that's the online price, not the in store price. I replied that the webpage didn't say online only. She continued to say that it was the online price. After the first salesperson processed the adjustment, I told the team leader that she wasn't wearing her mask properly. She only had her mouth covered, and not her nose. She looks like the woman in the photo in another review. She didn't acknowledge what I said. Kudos to the first salesperson who helped me. As far as the other employee, she could have resolved the situation by just honoring the price on their webpage without coming up with excuses not to do the price adjustment.

I love this store and the amazingly helpful ladies who work here. I have always had the best experience shopping here and have found beautiful outfits for myself and others for gifts. This store has a fantastic selection as well.

Employees not wearing masks. The woman in the photo had hers off altogether until I said “Are masks not needed in this store?” Then she put it over her mouth only for quite awhile as I looked around. And she approached me and said in the most insulting condescending tone “Do you need help?” At that point I decided to leave, without purchasing the items I specifically went there to buy.

This Chico boutique in Danville,CA is my favorite! Dee and her sales associates have been very helpful and accommodating every time I have shopped there. If the item is not available in my size, they search and find it for me. I appreciate Dee's careful attention to detail and she is always friendly and recognizes me and calls me by name, even with a mask covering my face.. lovely place to shop!!

My mom and many of her friends have Chico memberships, so we stopped by this store after lunch. It looks good, feels good and smells good and they don't bother you when you shop, but they're helpful.

I love this Chicos's store! The customer service from everyone is always great. The store manager, Dee, is exceptional. She remembers customer names and often makes suggestions or brings your attention to items you might not have considered on your own.
