Store clerk needs a serious attitude check or just quit his job if he’s that miserable. Was waiting in line with 5 other cars in front of me including one in the wash before 8 PM, and he comes out as we’re all waiting and rudely commanded me and the black Tesla in front of me that we had to leave and that the car wash is closed. We both told him we had been waiting but since each car that goes through the wash takes almost 10 minutes to go through for each one, that’s why we were still waiting in line after 8. After his huffing and puffing about following the hours on the car wash that he doesn’t even have to maintain or clean, I told him he could just put up the cones behind me since we had already been waiting there well before closing and nobody else will follow in behind me. Once he realized the dunce choice that he made to approach us instead of closing off the car wash with the cones after me like I suggested, he openly gibbered smack to himself about me as he was setting up like I wasn’t paying attention, and when I asked “what was that?!”, he yelled at me and the Tesla to come an hour before they close next time and continued to smack talk and carry an attitude as he walked back into the store. Really? You really expect everyone to come and get their car washed an hour before closing every time you’re on shift and that’s it? Also, most importantly, are you really gonna blame us for your incompetence for time management? If you knew how long it takes for cars to get through, you should’ve been out there setting up the barriers or cones well beforehand if shutting down the wash on the dot was that important to you. Don’t blame anybody else for your lack of judgment.Again, this is an automated car wash, where he literally has to do nothing to maintain or clean it, just leave his post at the register inside and block it off with the cones once it’s after closing. I worked in retail where we accommodated customers even after the posted closing time as long as it was kept within reason. If having customers waiting in line after closing after they had been sitting well before the closing time doesn’t work for you, then find another job instead of being an absolute joyless pain in the crack every time something slightly inconveniences or doesn’t suit perfectly for you. An old grump at his age should already have that figured out by now.

doesn't wash the car sides. A lot of waste and inefficiency. The only clean part after getting out of here would be your car roof and that will be with water spots of course.

If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. I went to this chevron to grab a redbull and the worker was extremely rude screaming you need to hurry up then when I went to register he rang my items up and said okay take your stuff and don't come back. I was blown away at the terrible service at this place. I will not return and I will make sure my friends and family don't go to this location either.

Nice touchless car wash, and you can tell by the line of cars always waiting. Be ready to wait a good 30 mins or more on the weekend

I bought a car wash subscription from here and is has been more of a hassle getting a code than if I bought the car wash individually. I’ve brought this up to the manager who has been helpful, but his employees are definitely lacking in customer service. The Chevron Carwash subscription is a ripoff!

The carwash is touchless and does not clean a dirty vehicle well. A dirty vehicle needs a carwash with brushes.It cleans a dusty vehicle well.

Car wash does not… wash the car. Don’t bother unless the car is already spotless. My car is ceramic coated and after the wash, it literally looked the same as before the wash… dirty.The “dryer” is connected to the washing mechanism so it drips large amounts of water all over while the vents blow air. Silly.Pass this up and go down the street and actually get the car washed.

My go-to for simple car rinse. It does the job as i'm not too picky about getting every single dust and spot off my car. This one is touchless which means the only thing that touches your car is soap, water, air & wax-depending on the types of wash you choose. The line can get kind of long if you go later during the day so best to go early in morning to avoid long waits. You can pay inside with cashier or purchase right at drive thru machine. Carry a microfiber cloth to wipe down excess water after coming out the wash.

Worst chevron to go to. The owner himself is very rude and not polite in anyway. Don't spend Ur money here. I live around the corner and every time I go in here all the attendents are rude.

Nice car wash but very slow, wish it can be faster, also instructions were confusing , originally it said pay inside on a hand written board, I drove around to make the payment and be back to realize that the automated machine does accept cards, unfortunately lost my place on the line too.Near by chamois used to be faster ..Had to drive back and forth couple of times for it to position correctly.
