Carol is the best of the best! We loved working with her. Buying at the back end of the COVID pandemic was so tough and we were glad to have Carol by our side. She is knowledgeable, kind, negotiates like crazy and is full service. She has helped us SO much not only with our home purchase and closing the deals, but also with everything since then. Carol has great knowledge of the market, is well connected, well liked and overall just high service. Carol is super detailed and pays very close attention to all things about homes including disclosures, and the things that most people do not think to look for. We were relocating from out of state and were first time home buyers in California and in the Bay Area, and Carol took the time to really educate us on the market, expectations and working through the things we should really pay close attention to. We were super picky homebuyers because we had a vision of what we wanted our time in California to look like, and Carol very carefully helped us bring that vision to life. Through our transaction Carol built a really strong relationship with us and we have become personal friends with her and her entire family since that time. Given we do not have any family in California, Carol has been so gracious to really include us as her own family and we are so grateful. Buying your first home can be a very stressful process. But it's a lot easier when you know you are in competent and capable hands, which is how I felt working with Carol Sawdey. Not only was she attentive and thoughtful in her communications and guidance, but also she was incredibly trustworthy and quick. We had very timely answers to our questions and her knowledge of the market and experience helped us make the most informed decisions for our needs. Carol is amazing - we loved working with her.Carol helped us with buying our home in Moraga CA at the height of the market. Great AgentCarol was wonderful. We had several criteria in purchasing a home and she always kept those a priority. She followed up with all the necessary paperwork on a timely basis and nothing fell through the cracks. We highly recommend her and she will be our agent again if/when we buy/sell again.

Carol Sawdey and her boss at Berkshire Hathaway are highly unethical and failed to meet the minimum standard of care required of a real estate agent in the recent sale of my house in San Ramon in 2022. She copy/pasted my listing from 2016 without informing us, and the buyers used that to force us into mediation. Carol refused to participate, and her boss told us it was our problem now. Terrible agents. Avoid at all costs.

Carol and Greg were nothing short of amazing in helping us sell my mother's house in Oakland. She did a detailed walkthrough of the home and made specific recommendations on what to do to maximize the value, but within a reasonable budget. Her network of contractors all did impeccable work on time and on, or even under budget. When the time came to get the house ready to show, Carol and Greg did a masterful job of staging (at no cost to us, I might add, something not always true with other realtors). They arranged and hosted open houses, kept tabs on other realtor's showings and at all times kept us informed of progress. We sold the house and closed with no issues due to Carol's knowledge of the processes and contacts with title companies and other assorted entities. We will certainly be using Carol and Greg when selling another property in the near future. Thanks for everything Carol and Greg!

We just had our house sold in San Ramon and couldn’t be happier with Carol and the whole process. I basically just dropped everything to her one day before we moved out of state and she took care of the rest for me. The deal she secured for us very well exceeded our expectations. I referred Carol to a family friend who has a very similar situation as mine by simply saying that Carol is the only one I’d feel completely at ease leaving my house behind. I feel I can say the same to anyone who needs a realtor in this area.

Carol is amazing!!!!!! If you’re looking to buy a home, especially in the east bay tri-valley area (dublin/Livermore/San Ramon/Pleasanton) you need Carol. She’s incredible at what she does; she knows the area, she knows all the agents, she has the inside scoop and she will use her network to get you into your next new home!We were looking for a home for 10 months with another agent and after 17 rejected offers we switched agents - We found Carol! She helped us get the FIRST home we put an offer for. Within 3 weeks of searching! I wish we found her sooner!Not only is she amazing at her job but she’s also a great pleasure to work with, she has a wonderful personality, she’s open, down to earth, very sweet with a kind heart. Carol and her team was our listing agent for the sale of our home recently… and she was simply the best. She was referred to us by a website/online service, which generally requires interviewing multiple realtors as part of the process. We were very impressed by her professionalism and her approaches to home sales after talking with her. In fact, we were so impressed that we cancelled appointments with others. As it turns out, Carol was simply the best! Her staging work was so good… with only small changes to the house, we did not know some of the rooms can looks so beautiful, we fell in love with the house again! My wife took so many pictures and had a good time “bragged” about these to her friends on social media. Carol also has a vast network of able contractors/teams, from handyman to roofers, that made the house preparation/marketing went quickly and smoothly. In addition, a great team was there to provide us with their advise every step of the way, making the house sale process to us a lot easier, feeling more comfortable and less stressful. With Carol’s extensive knowledge of real estate market and network of agents in our neighborhood, the sale and offering process seemed so “easier” for us, but we do appreciate that it was because of her hard work and years of relationship building and time-tested/proven strategies with successful results. Carol Sawdey is incredibly kind, honest, efficient, and hard working. I call her Mama Carol because of her protective nature with her clients complemented by a personal investment in seeing her clients' wishes through. I am a first time home buyer and home owner. As you might imagine, the process can be daunting. My partner and I had previously been connected with another agent at Berkshire Hathaway. The experience wasn't the most positive, and it made us suspect to not only finding a dream home in the competitive Bay Area but in working with agents altogether. I had anticipated real estate agents to be a bit cheeky and pushy, all with the end of goal of closing a sale. When we were reassigned to Carol, it was a breath of fresh air. She was so incredibly warm on the phone and immediately worked to advocate for our needs from talking to our bankers to weekly check-ins. In total, Carol took us to tour over 30 homes, even amid a global pandemic. She was patient with us throughout the process. Carol is simply FANTASTIC! After interviewing other Bay Area Brokers, Carol stood out from the rest! While the other Brokers told us what "we" should do to increase the value, Carol told us what "she" would do and did it! She had a vision, made suggestions, obtained quotes, scheduled contractors, confirmed appointments, supervised the projects and ensured quality work! Her Staging Skills belong on HGTV!
