I needed a custom made engagement ring because my wife's profession requires that she wear rubber gloves and typical settings would snag and tear. After looking at some of his work, I chose Boris to do the job and the results were reasonably priced and magnificent.

I called recently to find out if I can sell some of my gold coins or billion since i might need more funds to buy a house. So this guy answered the phone like I was bothering him. When I was asking him a question on how much he charges, he rudely asked me a question. I didn't understand what he said the first time since he had a strong accent, so i asked him to repeat what he said. He then asked "how old are u!". So, I told him I'm almost 50 yrs old and he said u have to be over 21 and I sounded like a kid. Ok, so after i asked couple more questions and getting an unfriendly answer, I hung up and decided I'll go elsewhere...just the vibe was weird. I felt like I already got cheated out of my gold by talking to him?!:((

I took some gold and silver coins in to sell and the owner Lowballed me at less than 40% of the market value. When I asked why his prices were so low, he basically called me an idiot and told me not to question what he said because I knew nothing. I asked another question and he just yelled at me saying that he didnt have time to waste and I needed to do business or get the hell out. DO NOT go to this store, the fact that it still exists is pathetic. This ignorant ape needs to be evicted from such a nice community.

I took in my watch to Bulgary Jewelry to have the battery changed. After I left the store the watch fell off my wrist in the car, and onto the car seat. I returned to the store, and told the individual what happened. He told me he would have to charge me again. I told him it was his fault, and then he yelled at me. After he and I exchanged words, he decided to repair the wrist band without an additional charge.
