I had a terrible experience with this branch. My husband and I took time off from work to transfer our account to a Trust. Upon arrival, we were told that the person who was supposed to work with us is not available and we would have to reschedule our appointment to another time. I have been a customer with BofA since 1995, but I have never came across such customer services. The other reviews on are very telling as well in this branch. I would never come back to this branch, not even to use an ATM.

I went to bank few days ago regarding my savings account and Mr Ibrahim helped me a lot. He was very professional, polite and helpful looking forward to work with him in future as well.

Really amazing service. Fully satisfied. I went to open my new student account and Ms. Pooja helped me out. She was so nice and helpful. Just opened my first bank account and so happy. All the staff congratulate me on my new account and wished me luck. Would 100% recommend this place.

Puja and the rest of the staff were more than happy to help me with a wire transfer. They gave me all my options and made it as quick and painless as possible. This is my favorite branch!

Great service and very courteous staff. I went there for some of my banking needs, I worked with Puja Unwala, she helped and guided me into what would be the best for me. I am definitely going to stick to this branch for my future needs.

Horrible service at the branch. The branch closes temporarily without any notice and emergency contact line is useless. Take your banking somewhere else please

Ugh! Not helpful employees. My daughter needed money far away urgently, so I went to put cash in her account only to be told sorry we can’t do that anymore. I guess you’re not allowed to deposit cash into someone’s account? makes no sense. He doesn’t give me any options he’s just completely rude about it and says that I can’t do that. I asked to see a manager, The manager returns only to be even a router. But at least she’s offering me some solutions, she says I can transfer money from my account to my daughters account. The problem is she says is that they can’t locate my account?!?!?! Not with my drivers license, all my information is correct and has been for the last 15 years. Hmm ?. Then she rudely tells me that every time I come into the bank I have a problem. I said I don’t come into the bank very often, as we mostly do online banking, but the last two times I’ve been here in the last four months trying to put money in other peoples account, yes it’s been extremely difficult and has taken me more than 25 minutes each time.It’s just ridiculous that they can’t be a little kinder and helpful when you’re trying to put money into someone else’s account. When my daughter opened this account they were extremely rude to her, because she only had a few hundred dollars to start the account, it wasn’t until I came back with her that they were nice, since I have a seasoned account with them.I’d like to just drop this bank. Which I will do as soon as I switch everything over to new bank. Sorry BOA you lost me today but giving the rudeness you did when I was obviously in distress trying to help my stranded daughter who just needed some money to help her get home safe.

This branch has one the best customer service you can look for. Everyone there is friendly, courteous and pleasant. Do Ask for Puja Unwalla - she is simply the best. She takes her time, very patient, caring, professional, and always with a smile on her face. Moreover, she wants to help , guide and assist in any way she can - Amazing person and excellent personality. I highly recommend you working with her if you want things done right and with care. She puts you first - I love working with Puja and I know you will ,too

This location is the closest to where I live. Not sure why but I didn't receive the same customer service here. I have been with BofA for over 20 years. It was disappointing from the time I walked in. Everyone there gave me that look like I didn't belong there. The person helped me didn't seem sincere answering my questions. Maybe I was Asian? I ended up going to the one in San Ramon. They are way better than this location for sure.

Puja Unwalla is an excellent employee at this branch. I recently went in for some banking help and she was so professional and courteous. She took excellent care of my issue. I had 2 other meetings with and she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I wish other bank employees would be so customer oriented and willing to help.

Compared to all the other Bank of America centers in the area, where you have to wait in long lines all the time, or wait forever till an associate finally greets you and asks if you have an appointment, this center is surprisingly quiet and not crowded. Definitely worth driving an extra 5-10 minutes to get to.

I have been doing business with this banking location for 10 years. I am always treated very well and have a good experience. My visit there this morning was no exception and exceeded my expectations! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Relationship Banker Puja Unwalla. She was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating as usual. The "above & beyond" courtesy and grace she showed in helping me navigate a wire transfer was so good it moved me to write a review. It's extremely comforting knowing there are people like Puja at this location I choose to bank at. Thank you!

I am so grateful for this Bank of America location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Puja was absolutely amazing. She helped me even though I was hours earlier than my appointment time. She was able to complete everything I needed efficiently and accurately. Thankful for smart and hardworking staff like Puja!! She made my life a lot easier today!!
