Had my SUV detailed by Robert yesterday. Very nice human being to interact with, he did a stellar job and showed me a thing or two about car repairs. He even showed me how to fix the brake lights in my other vehicle. Highly recommended!

Robert did a fantastic job detailing my car and getting out 2+ year-old paint stains. I'm going to be going to him on a regular basis to get my car detailed. He cares about what he does and it really shows. It's such a convenient and well-priced service. Robert was flexible scheduling a time for my appointment and he gave me a great deal, too. I can't recommend A Touch of Pride Detailing enough.

This past weekend, Robert, from Touch of Pride Detailing came out to my home to detail my 2016 BMW X5. He arrived on time and fully-equipped with everything needed to do a full detail. His truck was superbly equipped. He spent 3 hours plus attending to EVERY DETAIL on my car and when he was finished it looked "showroom new". During the process he updated me several times with small things he noticed that needed additional attention and fully explained every issue. His attention to every small thing was amazing. My neighbor noticed the work and was so impressed he wanted his cars done in the future with Robert. All in all it was a terrific experience with a pleasant and 100% totally satisfying experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Robert and the company. Outstanding!!!

So I cannot say enough great things about the work Robert and his team do. I've known of Robert and his services for years since my bosses all get their cars/trucks detailed by him. I figured since my bosses drive high-end luxury cars, I wasn't even going to bother looking to him to get my car detailed/washed since I normally just go to a place by my house close to downtown Livermore (you know which one I'm referring to). But I was luckily "gifted" a car detail today and figured since I work right next door... why not today? It really is a shame that I didn't take before photos because the after photos are amazing. They had my car for a few hours, but didn't mind since I work one building over. When I got my car back... I was shocked. It was cleaner and shinier than when I bought my car off the lot brand new 7 months ago. I'm not kidding. I just told my boss I think I feel too dirty to drive home in it!! As for Robert, nicest guy you'll ever meet. All of my interactions with him have always been pleasant and he's always got a smile on his face.

Robert and his team are over the top! There is no comparison with the quality of their service. In addition to paying attention to every little detail of my car, the team is friendly and professional. Not only did I feel like an important customer, when I picked up my car it was like she was brand new again! It's so refreshing to find a business that takes pride in their services. I would definitely recommend and refer this business to others!
