I really like supporting local businesses and this one is no different. The people were incredibly helpful and nice. The store is well stocked with all types of treats and toys as well as food. I will definitely be coming back for all of my dog's needs.

Incredibly friendly people! I ran in to grab a specific brand of food to keep my pups' stomachs happy - they didn't have the exact type I was looking for but the owner (& the young person stocking the shelves) was eager to help me find a comparable type. I ended up going with a previous brand my dogs used to eat- the price was significantly more than what I paid before (from the brand's site, with subscription discount) but I was happy to find a nice store in this area with helpful staff & a cute shop dog

I have shopped here for so many years. Very easy to get in and out fine with the products you need very clean very kind people there's always nice people shopping within the store also usually with a beautiful dog.

Came in looking for something specific for my pups. Didn't find what i was looking for but the new owner was supper friendly and gave me a free sample to see if my picky eaters would enjoy. Will definitely be back.

Went in to browse and ended up getting a very adorable squeaky sloth with rope arms, and a whole bunch of other things all for my dog. The staff were all very friendly. Plenty of parking. I would make this my go to pet shop.

The person behind the counter saw me walking up to the shop at 5:59, walked up and locked the door. I guess customers aren't welcome?? To respond to the owner below: I jumped at the opportunity to support a small local business which is why I took the extra time to stop there for pet supplies on my way to the grocery store (where I could have also purchased my pet supplies). Please do feel free to check cameras for the time; it was not 6:02. If you notice, I was back in my car and had already posted the review by 6:03. I may have easily mistaken the gender of the person behind the counter; my apologies for this. I was looking through the locked door at that point and while I was trying to get their attention, it seemed they were trying not to make eye contact, so I did not get a clear view. The reason for the rating was the clear rush to lock up as soon as i was seen pulling up. It was close to closing time, I understand, but it wasn't quite there. I watched a person walk through the doors directly in front of me which means the door was very quickly locked behind them, while watching me approach. As one can imagine, this caused quite a bit of confusion when I walked up to find them suddenly locked. Then, to have the person behind the counter seemingly avoid eye contact was as uninviting an experience as I've ever had.

They redeemed themselves, this is only because I got to talk to the owner. The employees were never helpful prior, almost didn't want to go back. Glad I got to speak to the owner and he recommended a great dog food for my little shih tzu.

I went here for the first time to buy a natural therapeutic for my dog. Made the purchase but my dog recovered so never used it. Went back for a refund and saw a sign behind the register saying only exchange or store credit - no refunds. Unfortunately I didn't see that when I bought it nor did the cashier say anything. I can't say I'm a fan of this policy although I'm sure the owners have good reason for it. After I use my new store credit, I'm definitely not coming back. There are too many options out there with more customer friendly return policies.
