Swiss Connection is a first rate jewelry store and I highly recommend it. Jean-Jacques (a Swiss trained watchmaker!), Nina and staff are all very accommodating and provide excellent service. Their merchandise is really beautiful and priced well, their location is easy to find, and it’s always a fun atmosphere inside. I look forward to visiting them again soon (when I “need” another present!). Thank you.

To be recommended by a colleague in the same industry speaks volumes. Before Mariano Jewelers closed their doors I had a watch that needed work and Marty suggested I go see Jean-Jacques at Swiss Connection. That was 15 years ago and I still shop there. Marty retired and I decided to have a custom ring made for my husband. Everyone at Swiss Connection has always been so wonderful! They’re great people!!

I could not be happier working with Pilar and the Swiss Connection team! So great to have a local community minded team so close by with extensive knowledge in fine jewelry like wedding rings, engagement rings, watch repair. Horrific service extremely rude and unprofessional man with accent. One of employees whom fixes watches?!?I despise any people that have a pompous attitude. Especially when they they are scumbags themselves.You said you don’t fix cheap watches?Seriously ?? I only wear my $600 to work. What a $&$!!?.Seriously you just started working with people?While he was insulting me he did not notice I had on my $15k Breitling.IE my work watch is not working!!!Maybe that’s not high end enough for you either?The nicest watches you have in store are no where near the same as my Breitling.Oh but I’m sorry my cheap work watchSorry I tarnished your story by stepping in with what you call a cheap watch.Next time before you insult someone andAre actually lucky you don’t get knocked out! Before you lose another customerThe watch that is cheap to you could have been given to someone by their dad grandfather ect with sentimental value.

I recently brought in a Rolex for a band adjustment. Not to happy with the women behind the counter, sort of a snobby attitude. Anyway, I asked if they could adjust to my wrist. They quickly did this and I paid and left. When I got home, I noticed some scratches on the band where they made adjustment. Went back to store and they said they did not do this. After conversations with watch maker , he concluded that this was not him, and that he is an "expert" in the field for 30 plus years, blah, blah, blah. There's not much to fix here, but would have appreciated more if he just agreed to the scratch and moved on. I would not take an expensive watch here for repair.

This store is located near CVS in the Ralph's shopping center. The staff is very friendly. I didn't come to buy anything but they have a nice selection of jewelry and watches. I came to get a necklace fixed and the man untangled it and fixed it very quickly and was really nice. I really appreciate a business with good customer service.
