The people that are hanging around the building were not friendly nor was the old man that passed out the life jackets. Everyone else was very knowledgable and courteous. Recently they made a minor mistake (nothing serious, just a minor inconvenience). The managers quickly addressed it (even prior to me even noticing) and went out of their way to correct it. This was a clear sign of a very well run store.
