“I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage in Ladera Ranch for two years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The facility is always spotless and secure, making me feel confident that my belongings are well-protected. The storage units are easily accessible, and there are always plenty of push carts available, which makes moving items in and out a breeze. The remote gate access is incredibly convenient, allowing me to access my unit whenever I need to, and the hours of operation are flexible enough to accommodate my busy schedule.
One of the best aspects of this location is its proximity to restaurants, stores, and a UPS store. This makes it easy to run errands and quickly stop by my unit when needed. However, the real highlight of my experience has been Joey at the front desk.
Every time I've visited, Joey has gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. He is highly knowledgeable, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was finding the perfect unit for my needs at a great price or helping me relocate to a climate-controlled unit, Joey has consistently provided top-notch service. At one point, due to a price increase, I was considering moving to a new storage facility, but after talking with Joey, he was able to provide some options that made my decision easy to stay. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets this location apart.
While I understand that prices may rise over time, the outstanding service provided by Joey and the convenience of this location make it well worth it. Because of Joey's exceptional customer service, I plan to remain a loyal customer for years to come.”

“B&C was very professional. They called the night before the move date to confirm arrival time and go over details and asked if I needed anything. They showed up exactly on time and the two-man team were nice, hard working and efficient. They arrived at the move-in site quickly and off loaded my property with no damages. I tipped 20% because they were so good. I would recommend B&C to anyone who wants a great moving team. I was quoted more than double the cost by other companies and do not regret saving myself thousands of dollars.”

“I’ve had storage units for over 2 decades now, in multiple states, and I have never in my life found a better place than Price Self Storage and more so Allí, she is so professional and friendly and genuinely cares and helps with her extensive knowledge and suggestions! This units all basically look brand new and are so clean and convenient. I honestly want to keep renting even after my move because of great it is having the extra space for all my decorations and stuff I use maybe once, twice a year.”

“I love the people who work here. They are always so responsive and very family-like in their interactions. Mayette has worked there for so long and she has always been so professional and kind. I remember when I was looking for a storage facility. I interacted with many other facilities in the area but I immediately could feel and tell that this is a facility that cares. I ended up choosing Aliso Viejo Self Storage and do not regret my decision. Not only was Mayette super great but so is KrisAnn (not sure if im spelling their names right). I know that they have very little openings but I can see why, it's because they treat their customers well and are very endearing to all. I no longer needed a storage unit and had to close mine but it was actually very sad to leave. It felt like I was leaving a family. Hoping that they all take care. “I'd highly recommend aging valuable wine here. The access, temperature control & security are top notch. It's a small facility so you're able to get in and out very quickly typically without anyone else being there at the same time. It's a central location in South OC, very convenient. The pricing is very reasonable as well.It doesn't have the social aspects (wine tastings, bottle sharing, etc.) of some of the other wine storage spots, but to be honest that aspect has been more of a turn off than a positive of other facilities.”

“The management is extremely helpful. They offered me their loyalty and discretion and helped me make some difficult changes, answered some important questions, and i feel they are a trustworthy business. Thus far I happily continue my relationship with them. Some things I am interested to inquire about are what they provide in terms of security, such as notifications or alerts when someone uses a previously authorized code that has been changed, whether they can change the locks for me in case of an emergency, if I am away and if I can buy a key from them and retrieve it later and if there are any insurance options through their company. I am also interested what their level of security footage looks like. Like whether a person could follow another car into the gate and if this happens what would they do about it. Anyways these are my pending questions. So far my experience has been great. Thank you for doing a good job and being available and reachable.”
“I don't know if it's the small city vibe of San Clemente but the staff at Extra Storage has always been amazing to me when I needed them. Truly a different level of customer service. They have been flexible when I needed to change moving dates and there is always someone available if need anything. The facilities are very convenient because all the units are drive up units so you have direct access to them. I have had a unit at Extra Storage 3 times now and this is the only place I would use.”
