Dusty is really helpful and a surprisingly amiable guy in a field filled with people who usually only care about how many deals they can close. We refinanced our first house with him then when we sold that house to buy another we made sure to go through him for the mortgage on our new house. He made it easy and got us the best rate - couldn't ask for more!

I have used Dusty and his team for 10 years now for 4 loans in 3 states. They are very professional and meet timeline dates faster than any others out there as noted from the other parties in our transactions. I have referred them to others in my family and wouldn't think twice about my family's wellbeing in their hands with home loans. It's very assuring to have a lender answer the phone and it takes a phone call to get your dream started on a purchase. Highly recommend!

Darvel Meyers is a big lier. He trick people with a low interest rate and later change the interest to make more profit for himself. Terrible person. Don't let to run your credit with him , run away from this guy if its not to late. By the way I had 800 score but he still found the way and excuses to change the rate after it was already locked. BE AWARE.

I started to deal with Vance after going through 3 other Brokers, who rejected my loan applications. I wanted to payoff 1 debt and get a little money-cash out. The Loan process is difficult at best and we did hit a few bumps but my loan funded and I'm happy. Vance was able to secure a loan when no other Broker could. He must have a magic wand and that was a blessing for me. I know he worked his butt off to place the loan and I thank him for his tenacity. My loan was an FHA-on a manufactured home which are difficult to get. Not many lenders for that type pf property which makes it even more difficult. Thanks Vance.

I had a great experience with American Funding. Vance and his team are great. They got my loan closed and funded with rates and fees much lower than the other lenders I contacted. I would highly recommend this company. Smooth easy fast process.
